I really appreciate that the re-roofing project at my home was well organized by the awesome team at All Tex Home Improvement. Between the owner, Sue Teel, and the project manager, Russell Ahmann, any concerns I had were answered immediately and properly handled. The project was a huge success, and I'm very satisfied with quality products used, the professionalism and the price. A big thanks to the entire team for taking such good care of my home and Gardens during the project.

Bad experience with All-Tex Exteriors. We hired All-Tex for a small patio extension project which included replacing the roof section over our patio, some electrical work, and a concrete slab extension. We paid the first installment on May 13, 2022 for what we were told would be a 4-5 day project. On August 19, 2022, we cut our losses with a few pieces of the project undone and paid the final balance. The roof section was completed first. All-Tex presented us with an architectural drawing of the new roof section prior to the start of the project--the roof that was actually installed was NOT in accordance with the drawing we approved. The roofline for the addition did not align with the existing roofline as the drawing specified. After the first rain, we noticed a leak in the ceiling adjacent to the new roof section. All-Tex came out and told us that they found the issue and it was an easy fix. When the next rain came, there was another leak on the opposite side of the roof. This time it was more than a week before it was addressed and during this time we noticed yet a third leak in the new patio ceiling as well as water damage in the same general area from a prior leak. We hired 2 independent roofing companies to come out and give us an opinion. The shingles had been installed incorrectly--All-Tex had to completely remove the shingles and start over. The electrical work was also a bad experience. We purchased patio heaters that had very specific installation instructions which we provided prior to the start of the project. The electrician never looked at the instructions and was not installing them correctly—we had to stop him, call the heater company, and they walked us through getting them installed correctly. Additionally, the electrical outlets were not covered with outdoor weatherproof covers which we had to replace ourselves. The beadboard ceiling was installed unevenly with warped trim boards and paint from the ceiling running onto the trim. We end

We are surprised and sorry to hear that Mr. ***** is dissatisfied with our service, especially because we completely removed and re-did his roof at no extra cost. We also provided him with a $300 credit for the 3rd party inspections he hired, and an extended 3 year workmanship warranty on the roof to show we stand behind our work. As for the patio heaters Mr. ***** purchased, they were commercial units that required a great deal of extra work, including building special boxes for them to sit in, all of which was done at NO additional cost. The ground below the concrete was prepped and most certainly did have form boards set because you cannot pour concrete without form boards. We are puzzled as to what more could be done for this client.

We could not be more pleased with our back door deck cover! The finished product looks great and the All-Tex team made the process easy and affordable. David helped us with the initial plan and pricing and kept us informed. He was always available to answer questions. Once we decided, Brian and the install team created the final product - and because of the rain even finished on a Sunday. We highly recommend this company for a great product and outcome.

I had a very terrible experience with All-Tex Home Improvement Services, LLC. I have filed a police report for the destruction of my property from the employees to include urination on fence and house, roof damage, pool pump and pool filter damage, plants killed (they unplugged my irrigation system and did not tell me), poor installation, non-responsive, brand new windows damaged, and more. They also did not even finish the work and demanded payment after one of the owners came out to investigate the poor quality. The lack of regard for my property, rudeness of the owners, and poor craftmanship have lead me to consider a lawsuit against them. I have several hundred videos and pictures that indicate that the employees did not leave my house for up to 8 to 10 hour periods. This validates that they did, indeed, urinate upon my house and fence, as the police report states.

"Quality workmanship and customer service are our company's defining principles, and they have kept us in good standing with the community and our customers since our inception in 1991. We diligently prosecuted the contracted scope of work on this project as we have on all others for 31 years. You will find numerous five-star reviews confirming the satisfaction of other customers based on the same level of service. Unfortunately, Mr. James E never allowed us into his good graces from the onset. We finished the job in a good and workmanlike fashion and even returned to address concerns identified by the owner even though the complaints were unfounded, because we always strive to complete projects to the property owner's satisfaction. When we left the project, the contracted scope was completed and the property was meticulously cleaned. Any photographs showing otherwise would have been captured by the owner while the project was still ongoing and do not demonstrate the conditions on the property as of the date we finished up. We would gladly show and stand behind our finished product. In any event, we remain willing and ready to address any legitimate complaints the owner may have, as we have throughout the entire life of this project."

Extremely pleased with All-Tex. We contracted them for a large outside project which included an oversized driveway, stamped concrete patio and full sized carport which was joined to the existing structure. Their pricing structure was competitive, their work crews professional and the flow of work was organized seamlessly. Any delays in work were communicated to us in a timely manner. They delivered exactly what they said they would and we are very pleased with the outcome. I will be using them again in 2023 for a couple of more outside projects.
