This home inspection company is the best one I have ever dealt with. Gonzalo was my inspector and he was very helpful, professional and nonweldable and very pleasant to deal with.

Very satisfied with our home inspection. We were purchasing an home and used them for our inspection. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were even very responsive to questions after we received their report. We purchased the home and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Thank you to HG for assisting us in making an informed decision on our home. We have even referred them to several friends in need of home inspection. Really disappointed with this company. They refused to record the foundation measurements, which is really the most critical part of a home inspection in Houston. They did take the measurements, but they didn't tell me them or record them on the inspection report. Why? Because they "weren't of concern". But at the same time the acknowledged they are not foundation specialists and referred me to a foundation company. After I paid them nearly $500 for an inspection! Look elsewhere for an inspection, this company is completely irresponsible and a waste of money.Hilsher Group, LLC Response

The measurements help us determine if there is enough movement to seek further evaluation from a structural engineer or foundation company. No extra money was added to your inspection. If those measurements were placed on the report without a concern, then it could be judged as an engineer call that our licensing TREC does NOT allow us to do. We just have to refer to a specialist. Sorry you couldn't understand our limitations.
