I purchased a 2016 ****** **** on February 22, 2022 at 5:37p.m. I put a total of $3500.00 down. The day after I bought the vehicle I found out that the heater did not work and was blowing out cold air only. Called Auto Imports several times and left several voicemails for Gabby who never returned my calls or answered her phone. I finally spoke with Miranda who told me to bring the vehicle back (Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 9a.m.) so that their mechanic could look. I brought the vehicle to them so their mechanic could look at it which took all day only for them to come back and tell me that they needed to order a part and that they would call me in a couple of days when the part came in so that they could fix the problem. They never called and I kept leaving voicemails with no return phone calls finally I called my local mechanic ********* ***** ********* * ******* ***** *** * ******** ** ***** ****** ***** ******** *** ***** **** ***** who agreed to call and talk to Auto Imports about looking at the the vehicle just to see what was going on with it and Auto Imports gave him the run around as well and would not answer or return his phone calls. Finally ***** was able to speak with someone and get the go ahead to look at the vehicle to figure out what was going on which to my surprise was a lot which he typed up on the invoice. Auto Imports ignored it and then they sold my contract to ******** ****** ********** without notifying. I found out because ******** ****** ********** called me to introduce themselves. So Auto Imports never did the repairs that they said they were going to do and the vehicle started running hot when you would drive it in the middle of the day or if you turned the AC on. I couldn't clean my windshield, the steering wheel kept sticking so I could no longer drive the vehicle and ******** ****** ********** ended up picking on the vehicle on 8/31/2022. I really just want the money back that I put into the vehicle.
