Horrible. They are unprofessional and have very bad customer service. I've paid for a full service which cost me $400 and when i called to ask questions they told me we can't help you with something written. They have 3 affiliates working with them and they're all unprofessional. DON'T FALL INTO THE SCAM.IncFile.com, LLC Response

They ***** your money. ***** and Incifile use predatory practices designed to trick you out of hundreds of dollars. They will not refund money and blame you for everything. Horrible customer service. They sell your information to scammers. Stay far away from this companyIncFile.com, LLC Response

They should have an option for zero stars... Horrible company, sold my information to telemarketers they call day and night. I mean as soon as I chose the send button the calls came flooding in. I have asked to speak to a supervisor numerous times ( in total - 4 times, since end of September) and not one person calls back! Their excuse, it is going straight to voicemail a bunch of bull. This is a fraudulent company. Stay far way! Don't believe any comments they make after they see my review.IncFile.com, LLC Response

I dissolved the company last year. They are still charging me $30. The customer service number will ring one and they prompt for you to leave a detailed message, then the call disconnects without giving you the chance the leave a message. There is no chart option either. I don't have a company anymore why am I being charged for your service?IncFile.com, LLC Response

It appears you spoke with CS and the virtual address was canceled yesterday. Please keep in mind we do not stop service when the company is inactive with the state. We only request you keep us updated when a dissolution is filed with the state. It appears this has not been done. Please make sure you file this with the state asap. Thank youReview from Wayne G

I would not use this company to file a LLC. Their system changed the company name on the filing and then charged me $30 to rescind the filing. They wouldn't offer to correct and refile either. Their customer support is a joke!!IncFile.com, LLC Response

It appears we filed the company for you- then you requested a stop on the filing. We did have to work on your order several times. Once it was stopped then we received a request to cancel. Per our policy you selected- the cancellation fee is 30.00. We are more than happy to apply that to the next filing.Review from Darrell R
