I purchased 6 one hundred foot rolls of the Produx. Insulation. When I received the rolled one roll had a hole punched through about a quarter and the roll. Even the semi driver noted the damage he could see on the delivery paperwork. I immediately contacted the the delivery company and they informed me there was insurance on the shipping that insulation4less had paid for. Then the shipping company agent said it was on 1.25 per pound. Which didn’t even pay for 1/3 of the roll. I needed the 100 continuous feet, not 2/3’s continuous feet. The shipping company immediately cut me a check for 180 dollars. This left me short 256.81. I then contacted insulation4less, which the only to contact them is through EMAIL, no phone. I told them my issue. She said they only pay for the linear foot damage only. Not to replace the roll, I asked where in the website this was stated, I asked in two separate emails because again there is not telephone number to handle any issues. I then received an email stating I should have done this and done that instead of contacting the shipping comany first. There is nothing anywhere I can find on insulation4less website how claim a damage and that the product that insured for 1.25 per pound. I wish I could post a “Mary’s” response how they consider this matter closed. Since I could not wait on an email response initially I went and bought 100’ of continuous double bubble to get the project done. In my mind insulation4less should have refunded me the remaining 256.81. However they only pay for linear foot damaged. Good luck finding that in the website because you will not. Also I see insulation4less will pay 50 dollars for a video product review, interesting. Unfortunately In feel this should have been resolved in a different matter than it was. BUYER BE WARNED of their non stated claims policy and coverage.

**** ** * ******* ******* He tried to get double paid. He filed a claim with the shipper and then tried to get us to give him a FREE roll of insulation. At the bottom of this response, is a copy of our email to this customer. It will make it easy to understand who and what we're dealing with - Someone that tried to take advantage of others. Notice how he didn't include a picture of the roll. The roll had only two tiny surface nicks on only one of the 6 rolls. Even if he cut off a few feet of the roll in question, he received more insulation than he paid for once you add the linear footage of all the rolls he received. He comments about having to email us - Thank heaven there is written email record. Included below is an email we sent to him. He talks about installation video payments as if that's something bad. It doesn't get more transparent than our stating on EVERY Prodex product page the following: "Transparency - I4L compensates customers that submit video install instructions for their time invested in producing the video." Does he think he's providing some type of community service, telling you what we already state on the web? You already filed a claim and got paid $180 for a couple small nicks on the outer layer of only one rolls you purchased. 2. You didn’t notify us. Your business was with us, not the carrier. The carrier’s business is with us, you should have left it that way. 3. You also did not provide the linear footage of the nicked roll as twice requested.. The notion that you had to buy and install a double bubble roll that did not MATCH our roll in appearance or performance, rather than turning our roll the opposite direction, or taping the nick, OR NOTIFYING US, is beyond our comprehension. No one in our 22 years of business has done anything remotely like that. You took matters in your own hands. You sought and received compensation from the shipper. This matter is closed." Finally - Let's repeat: Even if he cut off a few feet of the roll in question, he STILL RECEIVED more insulation than he paid for once you add the linear footage of all the rolls he received. In addition to getting ALL the linear footage of insulation he paid for, HE ALSO GOT PAID $180 from the shipper. If we pay people that don't deserve it, just because they threaten to blackmail us with such posts, we would have to raise our prices to you. Every company occasionally has to deal with people like this.

Their customer service is horrible! If you have a question about how to order the automatically send you to the website you click on the product they send you the wrong thing they won’t replace or refund their double sided. Tape is junk. It doesn’t work. They don’t stand. They take your money.!! You called to talk to them. They asked you to send an email you sent an email. They replied with the same answer. It’s horrible. It’s a rip off. They also offer people money to write reviews and videos, so I don’t believe in any of these reviews!!

1. Instructions on ordering: We send an email with words and graphics on how to order on the website. If you have problems, you need only let us know and we'll call to assist you with completing your order online. 2. Item she received: If it were true that we sent her the wrong insulation, she would be able to attach a copy of her order confirmation in this review to prove her point. Surely she could send it to her credit card company and do a chargeback. She hasn't and can't successfully do either because she's not being truthful. 3. Below is a copy of an email that we send to customers: "$50 Compensation for your time - Your installation knowledge is valuable to others. Send us 15 to 45 second video of your Prodex Insulation during or after it's been installed. Please say a few candid things so people know you're a customer and can learn how you installed the product. We think it fair to compensate people for their time to film, edit and send us an install video. Without the incentive, we wouldn't have the wide array to install videos for you to view and learn from.
