            I have had this health savings account for about two years. I have only been able to use it once. It is difficult to use and I have tried repeatedly to cancel it. I have invested over $900 in the account at this time via automatic draft. I have called repeatedly requesting a supervisor contact me and sent emails and have not gotten a response. The people who answer when you call have no knowledge about how to cancel an account and there is nothing on their website that allows you cancel or tells you how to do it. I just want to cancel the account and get back the money I have put into it.

            I have been hung up on twice by Holly, she has harassed my doctors office by flooding their office with calls She is claiming that "blank" paperwork was submitted and I asked her to stop calling them. She told me it was requested and when I asked her who requested that, she hung up on me. I have paid into this service and will now lose all my money. They used to have a card to use, now it's only bills that are after October 1, 2024 I can get reimbursed for. This is a SCAM and I thought I was smarter than this. Jokes on me. DO NOT PARTICIPATE. Read all these reviews. If they even pay your doctor, its very hard to get them to do what they say.
