This company owes me my final 25% design services fee for a parking lot reconstruction construction plan set for Winners Chapel church in Houston. My invoice was provided to them once they accepted final plans this past summer, my earlier pursuits for payment weeks later went unresponsive p. This December I decided to put the effort into again seeking payment for the past invoice by years end or file a small claims case in court to recover the fee. John O by default elected to take the road less traveled, the latter of the opinions. After an initial round of back and forths mid this month it has become apparent what this company expresses does not necessarily translate to reality. I sent emails, got surprised reactions that believed already paid. Weeks go by and no resolution. My phone call to the website number for this company on Westheimer again has someone surprised I'm not paid, claiming he'll check in it and call my right back. That was a week or so ago. Times up folks, see you in court where false claims of action I believe are punitively unwelcome.

Hi Kevin, It was holiday season and I reached out to find out regarding the payment. I was told the payment was processed and I ask by what method, the admin mentioned that, he will get back with me. So, I wanted to have a solid response before getting back to you. I will reach out again today to get this resolved.
