Pattern of Complaints
Since November of 2023 continuing to date, the BBB of Greater Houston & South Texas is receiving complaints reviews alleging the company receives payment upfront but does not complete work.
In July 2024 a consumer alleged they paid $70,000 up front to remodel their kitchen. They work was initiated in February 2024 and their kitchen was demolished but after 4 months, the kitchen remains empty. The company will not return their phone calls. When they went to the showroom, the doors are locked.
One consumer's complaint alleges: "Paid 42,000 in Jul 2023. Have not gotten anything done to my bathroom renovations. Nothing but excuses. Had two contractors come over but no work done."
Another consumer stated they paid over $60,000 as a down payment. They have experienced long delays and poor workmanship. They also have a subcontractor putting a lien on their home due to non payment from the company.

We are diligently working with all our customers to complete their renovations and will provide responses as necessary.In response to the complaints attached, we will provide detailed, written responses addressing each issue raised. We have also onboarding additional staff, including field supervisors and additional project managers to ensure that we can progress forward fluidly and expediently to address all customer concerns and complete the renovations for each and every consumer. We are fully cooperative with the BBB's conciliatory process and will do everything in our power to ensure a fair and satisfactory resolution for all parties involved. We appreciate our customers and stand committed to providing exemplary service as we have for the several decades. We value you the BBB’s efforts in facilitating the consumer feedback and their concerted efforts in providing a platform for professional exchange and resolution.
