Date of transaction: 15 January 2014 Service to be provided: Doctor review of request for UTI treatment with a prescription for an antibiotic. Never received any communication from Analyte Health. Inquiry has not been acknowledged. Have not talked to any of their provider doctors. Monies invoiced and paid through my *** ******** ** ******** **** *** ********* I am fortunate that it is only a $49.00 charge, but it is still a charge to me while I did not receive any services.Business response

I purchased a 10 test std check on 12/12 and paid or it upfront because their cancellation policy was one of the first things their website listed as incentive to purchasing. It reads "If you need a refund, simply get in touch with us prior to visiting our testing centers to cancel and get a refund within 48 hours. No online STD testing service is faster than STDcheck.com. At our Pennsylvania STD testing sites, there will be no paperwork to complete and no unnecessary questions to answer." Great, so I bought it knowing that I may need to cancel it. I called today, 12/27/23, to cancel it and get a refund and I'm told that I will have to pay 20% from the refund amount because that's what it says in their terms of service HOWEVER their cancellation policy was already written out for me prior to my purchase and it said nothing about them keeping 20% of my money. The website is here and I took a screenshot of it as well. Their terms and conditions also state that they try their best to resolve disputes and not giving me a full refund given the above information is NOT trying their best to resolve the dispute. If this does not get refunded in full, I will contact my credit card company and do a chargeback. This is just bad business to misrepresent their cancellation policy and then refer me to their terms that they did NOT display so clearly like they did with the above cancellation information. ******************************************testing/#:*******************************************************************************Business response

I ordered siblings DNA kit on 7/11//23. One of the kit was to going to my sister home and the other kit was to arrive at my home. I never received my DNA kit to my home. I contacted the company that I had not received my kit. They never offered to reissue the kit. I asked for my money to be returned to my account they said I would be charged 25 percent restocking fee. When I called this company the phone was not working which caused a red flag of fraud but hours later the phone was working. They have taken $153 for a kit I have not received. I would like a full refund. I am connecting attorney today. This is already a stressful time due to health concerns requiring me to determine my biological father. This company is hateful. Please stay away from this company.Business response

on 10/17/2022 i paid $95 for doctor’s consultation through analyte health that doctor never called me at the time i selected, so instead trying to call to reschedule i cancelled my consultation instead. now they don’t want to refund for my (canceled) consultation even though i never spoke to a doctor because they never called me i believe i should be refunded $95 for the consultationCustomer response

i bought two std tests from analyte and they both came back late the first test was $139 on 10/14 the second test was $95 10/17 they said the results would take 1-3 buisness days and it took 8 days for results. i’d like a refund

Friday December 2 I bought my test and went and got tested. I got my results all throughout the next weeks beside 2 of them. Then I kept asking why they were late and they said just said 1-2 days. I got worried because I thought maybe they are positive and that why they are responding yet. Then after I actually email to please track my results they responded that the test are behind and it would be another week. No one want to wait for results and be worried. I told them if I knew this I would spend my money else where. And I got no response.Business response

I paid for testing services in advance as required by this company. I was told in writing the results of such testing would be received within 24 to 48 hours of testing. It has been well over this guaranteed time, and I have not received any testing results. I have contacted this company regarding this and have been given the run around. I have paid for a service that I have not received. This company is committing misrepresentation, fraud and theft.Business response

Order # ********: Last Monday September 12th I was told that my order would be cancelled and my $ 79 would be refunded. I've waited 5 business days after September 12th and still no refund. I did send questions and was told that the accounting department was "working on it." How much longer must I wait before my bank account is credited $ 79? Please don't tell me the accounting department is working on it. I want to know if the money was sent already. A call could be made to the "accounting department" to get an update on my file but no calls will be made. Day after day without a refund and I believe this will last for weeks.Business response

Order # ******** placed on 4/1/22. Amount paid: $167.40 Ordered a routine 10 panel STD test. Went to testing center within a day. Took a while to receive the results and also received a call from the lab stating my results were inclusive. Telephoned their call center to clarify and they stated that this was not correct and then uploaded the supposed results. Asked them why I received the call from the lab and they accused me of making the story up. Ended up going to my doctor to get tested as I did not trust the results I received. This test was useless to me as I needed to get retested for peace of mind. Would like a refund of the services due to the circumstances. Thank you.Business response

Order # ******** Date of order: 8/21/23 Two Charges of $124 & $95 Paid for service but unable to view test results. Can't get through to customer service. Not sure what second charge of $95 was for. I have gone ahead and received testing from another provider. I no longer wish to use your services. Please provide me with a full refund.
