Since April of 2017, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received numerous disputes that exhibit the pattern below:
It has been alleged by consumers that the sales and practices of the Fresh Lawn Mowing Service company are misleading and deceptive. All (or most) of these consumers have complaints stating employees are not arriving on scheduled days to administer work and continue to bill the consumer considering work was not fulfilled. They alleged that when they contact the company via phone to cancel, cancellation remains ignored. Allegedly, this company does not adhere to the contract and fails to refund consumers due to non-use of services. Several complaints state there is damage to their properties and Fresh Lawn Mowing Service does not render payment for repairs.

When something goes wrong with a customer's service, Fresh Lawn Mowing Service Is dedicated to bringing all problems to a professional resolution.
For your consideration, Fresh Lawn Mowing Service mows approximately 2500 lawns per week in the Houston area, and approximately 130,000 lawns per year. The summary of complaints issued by the Better Business Bureau states that Fresh Lawn Mowing Service has closed 12 complaints in the past 3 years. That is 12 complaints out of 390,000 mows. That equals a .000031 complaint percentage. Fresh Lawn Mowing Service realizes that all complaints are serious and we are dedicated to minimizing them. 12 complaints out of 390,000 mows is not perfect, and a .000031 complaint percentage is not perfect, but it is quite minimal. Please know we are dedicated to minimizing customer complaints.
Fresh Lawn Mowing Service is also a technology based company. We are currently developing Software that will better serve our customers. That technology in the future will have many customer friendly features. One of those features will include sending customers before and after mow pictures of their lawns. Based upon Customer Satisfaction with what customers see, they will authorize the charge for their mowing service. With those same pictures, if customers are not satisfied, they will have the ability to schedule the redo until satisfaction occurs.
Fresh Lawn Mowing Service does not require a contract with their services. Valued customers may cancel at any time. Customer refund requests and customer damage concerns are appreciated and evaluated on a one by one bases.
