I have been a customer for at least 8 years. I had my account set up every other Monday to have my lawn mowed. Last week, it was raining on Monday so they usually mow on a tuesday, which they never showed up. However, they charged me $33.40. I called on Wednesday and said that this is so wrong and that they stole my money and service was never done. The rep said he will have them come out last Friday to mow my lawn with no charge the second time. He even told me if it rains then they would come saturday, which they never did again. I even emailed them since they close Saturday and no responses. This is not the first time they charged without mowing and I have been with them for so long as a great customer. I will call again today to get my money back, if they ever credit back my account and then close it for good. Integrity is definitely the issue here. I am a business owner and this is so unacceptable. Please do something about this so they can wake up and not doing this to others. Thank you.Review from Dallas A

This is a misrepresentation of the company…posted on their website: SAME DAY SERVICE if called in by 1:00pm. Having our service can be very gratifying and you can enjoy the benefits of having your lawn mowed from FRESH LAWN I called on Wednesday at 8 am and was told the lawn would be cut on Friday, it was not cut due to weather, and was suppose to be cut the following Tuesday, it was a SUNNY day and no one cut. I have no messages via text or email as to the reason why. Today is the following Wednesday (a WEEK) and no one has arrived at my location to cut the yard. When you call they tell you, "you are on the schedule for today, and we will be there."
