8/19/2022 approx 11:45pm I inserted $8 of quarters into machine number 14. The word “FLSH” came up as it was taking the quarters. It cost $7 to wash, an extra .25 for an extra wash cycle and an extra .25 for an extra rinse cycle, and I selected both. After inserting $7, the machine stopped counting down. It said I still neede $6.75 more to start the cycle. The machine locked with my clothes inside. I called the business number listed because “customer service” hours is from 8am-10pm. An A**** lady answered and said there was nothing she could do. She gave me a number to call, (346) 375-9921 and someone named Chris answered. He said he didn’t know any A**** lady. He said to come back at 8am to receive my refund. The A**** woman called me back after I called her 3 times and said she was on her way to help. She reset the machine and moved my clothes to machine number 12, which is right beside 14. Machine number 12 was the same size, but had an “out of order sign on it” and it cost $5. She inserted $5 for me, and started the machine and said let’s hope it works. She then removed the out of order sign and placed it on machine number 14 and said I can still get a refund in the morning. I called Chris again today at 12:50pm to say I was coming to receive the refund and he says he cannot issue because I still washed clothes. If I inserted $7 into #14, and #12 only cost $5-I am due $2 refund. He says he cannot help me.
