      Good Morning BBB how are you? I hope this email finds you well. The reason for this email is because my mother and I have a problem with Camp Lejune. My father was in the Marnies for most of my life and he was at Camp Lejune and developed symptoms due to the drinking water. Sadly, he passed away on March 8, 2021 due to medical issues. My mother and I have filled out all of the paperwork and send all of his documents from the beginning. It has been over a year; with writing to them calling them and waiting on them and we have not gotten any compensation (money) from them We have been struggling and it’s been hard to get the answers we need. I have evidence for you to review.       Pulaski Law Firm is sorry to have received this complaint submitted by a family member concerning one of our Camp Lejeune clients. We take this seriously and have carefully reviewed this matter, discussed this matter at length with our client, and prepared this response. Our client is Ms. Marcella *****, mother of complainant Ms. Shearry *****.  Ms. Marcella is our client and has been actively engaged in our legal representation in pursuing a Camp Lejeune Justice Act claim on behalf of the estate of Robert *****, her deceased spouse. Ms. Marcella and our law office have routinely communicated, shared documents and files, and moved her estate claim professionally and efficiently through the claims administration process, including estate probate. Ms. Marcela is fully involved, informed, and aware of where we are in the claims process and where we are going. We value her as our client and are honored to take care of her and the estate of her deceased husband. Ms. Shearry, not being our client, is normally not involved in our communications and the day-to-day working relationship with Ms. Marcela and thus her description of the status and history of our representation is not accurate. Finally, as to Camp Lejeune compensation, we understand Ms. Shearry's frustration. We share in the frustration that the United States government is not offering compensation, yet, on over 200,000 claims. Ms. Marcella and all our clients while likewise frustrated, understand and remain patient in the process because we keep them informed routinely, generally and as to specifics on their individual claim. After having reviewed this complaint with Ms. Marcella, I am pleased we share in the opinion that we look forward to resolving the Camp Lejeune Claim on behalf of her and Robert's estate and deliver the legal justice and compensation they so deserve.       3 years ago I hired them to represent me in a roundup weed killer case. I signed documentation, and gave my personal information about myself and person involved in the case “my mother”. I haven’t given any money to them, I signed a contingency agreement if the case settles they will be paid. As of 9/4/2023 this case has settled this law firm has ****** ******* handling documentation and probate medical lien etc.. it’s been settled for months and this law firm hasn’t responded to me or ****** ******* to send me the finalization letter and check. I have called every week since July to get a update or what’s going on.. ****** is the only people who have been communicating with me.. they stated this firm I hired hasn’t responded to the “FINALIZATION” stage which all that needs to be done is collect there money and send me mine. I have sent numerous emails, I’ve called even more.. to be told someone will reach out and they never do.

      AUGUST 1 2023 I was told that a settlement was issued out from this company for 42000$ and that it was done without my consent information of mines were used to commit actual paper work filed for compensation I was forwarded and email with answers and questions from Adam pulaski law office on how to fraudulent get money from ppl and my name was used I'm suffering enough from identity Theft and for your lawoffice to be allowing this Is wrong I have recorded calls emails contracts letters references that will be willing to testify against them

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Pulaski Law Firm in connection to my case concerning the 3M combat arms earplugs. On July 26, 2019, I entrusted Pulaski Law Firm with my personal and military information, with the understanding that they would act as my representative to seek a resolution for the hearing damages I suffered due to the defective combat earplugs. Regrettably, despite giving my full cooperation, as of the current date, August 18, 2023, I have not received any communication or update from Pulaski Law Firm regarding the progress of my case. Their lack of contact has left me feeling abandoned and uncertain about the status of my situation, especially after the assurances they provided. Moreover, I provided the necessary HIPAA-compliant authorization for the release of my medical records, demonstrating my commitment to moving forward with this legal process. However, this gesture has seemingly been disregarded by Pulaski Law Firm, as I have not witnessed any steps taken towards obtaining the relevant records or addressing my hearing damages. I believed in the professionalism and dedication of Pulaski Law Firm to represent my best interests and achieve a settlement that would help alleviate the consequences of the harm caused by the faulty combat earplugs. It is disheartening to see that these expectations have not been met, and I find myself questioning the legitimacy of the services I have been promised. I kindly request an immediate response from Pulaski Law Firm to address this matter and provide me with a clear explanation for the lack of communication and progress on my case. If necessary, I am prepared to explore alternative avenues to ensure that my rights are upheld and my case is properly handled. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter and the fulfillment of the promises made by Pulaski Law Firm. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern.

      Mr. ****** stated, “Regrettably, despite giving my full cooperation, as of the current date, August 18, 2023, I have not received any communication or update from Pulaski Law Firm regarding the progress of my case.”

      This is untrue. We sent him updates to his email address on 1/25/2021, 7/28/2021, 1/31/2022, 5/4/2022, 11/11/2022, and 5/4/2023. We also provided him updates via telephone on 9/2/2021, 9/20/2021, and 4/8/2022. We have copies of the emails sent to Mr. Sigrah, but we are not sharing them due to our duty to keep these communications confidential. We will be happy to share these with Mr. ****** upon his request.

      Mr. ****** also stated “I believed in the professionalism and dedication of Pulaski Law Firm to represent my best interests and achieve a settlement that would help alleviate the consequences of the harm caused by the faulty combat earplugs. It is disheartening to see that these expectations have not been met, and I find myself questioning the legitimacy of the services I have been promised.”

      We have been actively working on Mr. ******** claim from the very beginning. As of August 21, 2023, the the litigation is still active. No settlement has been reached. This means that none of the plaintiff's involved in this litigation have received any settlement money from this litigation yet.

      We reached out to Mr. ****** via telephone multiple times on August 21, 2023 to try and resolve this misunderstanding. He did not answer the phone. We sent him a detailed email restating the information above and we asked him to please rescind the BBB complaint due to its falsity.

      Contacted Pulaski Kherkher about my suite with the toxic water spill at camp Lejeune. Sent me paper work filled it out sent it back received a couple emails n one zoom meeting with a group of ppl. At the end of 2022 haven't heard a thing since try calling only get an answering service now. I think they are a scam!

      I have a case with them for the last year and he never I would call and leave a message they usually call back within the next day. On dec 15 I received a email asking for my signature on a settlement and election form and they send it over to a place called ****** ****** once they have already taken out their portion and fees, so I have been calling to get updates and left several messages no one has called me back nor can I get through directly to someone who works in the firm, I have emailed Adam and left messages but once I used another name he called me back asap as soon as he realized I was an essure client he gave me the front desk number to call I stated I was calling for him and he kept saying call that number I gave you and someone will assist you kept cutting me off and then hung up.

      Law Firm contacted me back in March of 2022 regarding Johnson & Johnson Settlement. I gave them all of my personal information for filing on behalf of me, They sent me document to sign and return. Told me 7 days later that I was to receive a settlement and I have not heard back from them since. I have researched this company to retrieve a direct number because on the website its an 800 number that is only answered by an answering service. They never returns my calls. The Point of Contact person number that I have turns out to be an TextNow number. I have been scammed and am formally filing a complaint.
