    Will not answer phone. Will not return calls after leaving multiple messages over the last 5 months. I will be contacting the BBB.

    If I could give zero stars, I would I’ve been trying to get a return phone call for years. My case has settled and no one is returning calls and or emails to let me know what’s going on. I’m currently in the hospital dealing with after effects of my concussions taking the stress away would be the biggest help ever, Pulaski law firm does not care

    I find it very unfortunate for those who have had issues and took the time to write negative complaints about the Pulaski law firm. After all the negativity I just read I wanted to bring some light to a situation and say that I have had nothing but good interactions, clear through communication and total understanding of my case and all that it entails from the Pulaski law firm. I would like to take this time to thank them for all that they have done for me and my situation and I appreciate them. Again for those less fortunate to have this experience which seems to be quite a few I'm sorry for that and I hope in time it gets better. Thank you

    Terrible i wish i would have used anyone else for my case they have just dissapeared on me stoppes answering my emails and calls this place is a joke wouldnt recomend them to my worst nemisis

    I am part of the 3M hearing protection veteran settlement. I have had this firm for about 4 years. They have been pretty bad about communication. I have had to email them for updates several times. The worst issue is they are making us wait 60 days for our settlements while everyone else is getting paid with in days of 3M releasing funds. We all have a number assigned to our case and I am part of Facebook group that tracks and shares information about the settlement. It is full of about 3000 veterans. The number you are given is supposed to be an some kind of indicator of what order you will be payed in compared to everyone else. Mine is in the 60,000 range. There are people in the 100,000 range who have been paid this week. Pulaski is telling their clients they have to wait 60 days. Some speculate it is to gather interest on the funds. I don't know but the answer is fishy at best when you see hundreds of people get paid who are farther down the line. Every single veteran I have spoken to that used this firm regrets it. Buyer beware!

    My wife and I contacted this law firm over three years ago. My wife passed away almost three years ago. My wife and I used to be able to talk to a lady named Lisa now there are nothing but gate keepers that say they will forward your request on to someone else. You never hear from anyone. When my wife passed away lisa asked me for a copy of her death certificate and probate documents and documents showing who was appointed the guardian of her estate. All of the documents she requested was sent to Lisa. No response after numerous request, if someone who works at Pulaski law firm reads this, please give me a call

    3M Earplug Case: This law firm does not care about the best interest of their clients. The settlement administrator sent the money to them on April 16th, 2024 and I have yet to receive my payment. I would have the settlement funds by now if it weren't for this firm's decision to opt out of the original ledgering process without the prior consultation with clients. This is a response I received regarding the opt out: "We have opted to use Milestone for ledgering purposes because we believe it will better meet the needs of our clients for ledgering purposes." This isn't doing anything better for your clients. It's only creating more unnecessary work and making your clients wait longer for their settlement funds. Please do not use this firm for any type of representation.

    I am an existing client with this law firm. I have been trying to reach a lawyer or assistant reagarding my case. I have called several times and left messges. Repeatedly, I am told that "I will forward your message and that someone will get back with you". Well, that has not happened. In addition, I have sent numerous emails and I get no response. I do not understand why it has taken over a month to get a response to a phone call or an email!

    I wish I had read these reviews before allowing them to handle my case. My wife passed away one year ago from ovarian cancer and had used Johnson & Johnson Talcum since childhood. She actually contacted this firm while undergoing treatment because of some type of advertisement she received. They take your initial claim, have you sign documents and then you NEVER hear from them. I'm surprised the Texas Bar hasn't taken some type of action. They are simply terrible. John J.
