This company deserves no stars. It is a scam and they took my money. I was even stuck with hospital bills as they did not take care of anything. The only thing they did was try to call me and try to get money off my card but the services is downright pitiful and a damn shame. Don't do it! If they try to sell you a policy don't do it! They are alive and the truth is not in them. Scam scam scam!!Review from Frank H

I broke my wrist and was Lied to and basically scammed into getting a 416$ plan and assured my doctors office took the insurance and it would cover the surgery etc. I find out contrary to what they said it wouldn't cover surgeries for a year or anything else for that matter. When I asked to cancel the plan I was even threatened by a customer service representative saying I needed to show good faith and go over other plans and speak to another sales representative or I wouldn't get my refund and they would straight up hang up on me. Crazy horrible experience. Still waiting to see if I even get my refund so do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time and grief and stay far away from them. These people should be in jail taking advantage of the injured like that. Makes me sick.Review from Katrina S

I wish I had found this BBB review before I got scammed by Adroind Health Group and a person by the name of Philip Reitinger, Agent License 3**2687015. I called the number for the Affordable Care Act, the Obama Care. I was told the enrollment period is only Nov-Dec, got transferred to plans offered out of the enrollment period, and I was told that he would help me get a plan for my upcoming Orthopedic visit. I quote he said, "No worries, I am very good at what I do and I assure you I will find the best possible plan for you" I guess he was trying to say, "I am best at lying to clients who require medical advice". Only a heartless person can do this. Anyway, long story short he checked the doctor's office I wanted to visit the next day, and he said yes they accept the First Health Plan. Montly premium plus an installment fee, a total of $416. Me having to go out-of-pocket I figured will cost more than that to see a specailist. Little did I know, this was not a base insurance plan, but, a supplementary discount plan, NOT HEALTH INSURANCE. The next day, I was ready for my appointment, and took a day off from work, just to find out they do not accept it, and never heard of First Health. I called back, but the salesperson was nowhere to be found Philip who was so friendly when trying to sell me the plan, did not answer any of my calls, emails, or voicemails. I got transferred from one department to another, to another. All day long. I was told, you have 30 days grace period to cancel the plan. I canned and said I am requesting a cancelation within my grace period and I have no open claim, and thanks God I didn't go to the orthopedic through them because then they would have said I used the services. The cancelation was a joke, not sure if it was canceled or not, did not receive any cancellation confirmation. I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card, not sure how will that end. I am requesting a full refund, plus 8 hours of my work time lost.Review from Jessica M

I went online to shop health insurance, I was bombarded with phone calls and the screen indicated someone was calling me. I took the call and spoke to agent # one, who seemed to gather information and pre-screen my approval. Then I was told I was being transferred to a agent #2 that could get me a plan. That agent sounded legit and aske me about my needs and placed me on hold to search for plans. When he came back online he said there were no available plans which I suspected as it is outside of open enrollment, however he said he might have another option to help until open enrollment opens back up, he needed to again place me on hold and see if he could get a exception for my enrollment. The exact words was that it was a 0 deductible health insurance plan that would cover doctors visits, physical, lab ect. I asked to review the plan summary of benefits and discuss it with my husband and commit to later and they insisted it may not be available. I also indicated I didn't want to use my credit card and they said I could go into my portal and change my information before it was charged and guess what they charged my card within a minute of me hanging up the phone which is when I discovered it was this company. I had to call three times to get this cancelled and I am still not sure if it is. I did dispute also with my credit card company. Long story short there is no summary of benefits staying 0 deductible and max out of pocket like a health insurance plan, its a discount prescription card, legal document generator, Podiatry discounts ect. I will now be taking this agents name and contacting the department of insurance and filing a complaint as this is called twisting in insurance terms and I would advise others to do this. I could only image how many people are being scammed right now.Review from Leah T

Oh boy, I signed up for this before reading reviews! Basically all these comments saved me! I only signed up for one week and had a bad feeling about how the person who got me signed up over the phone. He spelled my last name wrong and my year of my DOB was wrong! Red Flags! I ******* the company and came across all these reviews. I called and had to scream at the customer service to get me canceled. They had me on hold on and off for a long time. I finally threatened them and said I am calling my bank having the payment disputed. They bank refunded me and they ended up sending me a email confirmation that my membership was canceled.Review from Merrill B

This is a scam! Don't sign up with them!!! Read all the other reviews, they are all true. It should have been a clue when they had me sign the person's name that the insurance was for. Pretty illegal! **** **** *** *** ***** to say that the person the insurance was for needed to be on the phone in order to cancel yet they instructed me to sign his name. What a crock! Another clue is when you call their number you hear in the background all the desperate people on the call lines trying to get other suckers to join. Yep, I'm one of those suckers and I'm not proud of it but hoping by writing this I can save others from making the same mistake.
