              I have been using US Global Mail for 11 years and came across this website by accident. Because I saw all the negative reviews I thought I would share my experience as an expatriate living overseas. Personally I have always been satisfied with the service, whatever needs to be scanned or shipped has been handled promptly and in line with my instructions. Never had any issues with US Global Mail, I have on occasions not received my mail timely but as far as I can tell that was due to USPS taking a long time to deliver. I just wish the courier prices were lower or that there were an option to use my own account, some of the shipping costs are highly inflated, which is particularly noticeable on intra-US shipments.

              I would like to report US Global Mail as a fraudulent company. We have made multiple requests to unsubscribe and we have not been able to. We were customers of US global mail from March 2019 till April 2020, while we lived in Germany. I have been trying to unsubscribe since June 2020. WE DO NOT NEED US GLOBAL MAIL SERVICE ANYMORE. I have asked them multiple times, to please, unsubscribe us and stop charging us. I have already disputed the last charge with CitiBank and now I am reporting them to you - to the BBB. Please, contact me for verification of our urgent request to UNSUBSCRIBE. Thank you!
