      I have tried over and over and over to reach their "customer service" department with no luck. No one in any department--sales, service, support, answers the phone. This company is a joke and their products are *****

      I purchased the Equator Washer/Dryer Unit which I received in October 2023. After about 4 weeks I noticed a leak coming from the soap dispenser. Ok, Make the call to appliance desk but thinking this a new unit (why) is this leaking ?? So, Tech comes down replaces a couple of parts. So far no leak, but wait for it !!!! Now there is NO heat coming from the dryer !! You've got to be kidding!! Right !! Just when you think the shark is out of the water !! So, here I go again. This unit has been a thorn in my side since I got it !! I'm now waiting to hear from ********* **** yet again. Its like having a big toy with parts just waiting to break !! I found this on line at **** ***** and ordered it at the store itself ! I paid a lot of money for two pieces of junk ! and have had it ! No one should have to go through something like this when buying a brand new appliance of any kind. ! If I didn't have to put this (1) star I wouldn't.

      I bought a washing machine from this company that has not worked from day one. They sent me a new door latch that I replaced as the door would not lock. I replaced that and did a load of laundry and the washer leaked, they sent a repairman to replace the seal, after replacement it still leaked and the repairman noticed a manufactures defect. They agreed to ship this to my home and now they want to charge me $200 to send me a replacement machine bc i live in the country (very rural area) and they do not want to pay all the shipping. Please do not buy from this company as they will not stand by agreements they have previously made nor their product.

      I had an issue with a new 2drawer frig. I contacted support and quickly received a response.. come to find out there was a loose wire under some tape. I re-taped the wires fix the issue. The issue was factory generated, not an EAA issue. In the future I will be using EAA for trouble shooting needs.

      The customer service was excellent. We did speak and text a number of times and each experience was very helpful and provided the correct information. The dryer problem was resolved, and as of now is working as it should. Thank you so much and appreciate all the service provided.

      I purchased an Equator Super Combo Washer/Dryer ( all-in-one unit ) from Equator Advanced Appliances (shipment received August 8, 2022). I have yet to have the unit dry clothes completely, The unit has two drying modes; condensing (unvented) and vented. Both methods yield the same result - clothes are damp and warm at the end of the drying cycle. This is more than false advertising. When contacted (several times) they question me about using the condensing mode vs. vented. I reply, "both". They sent a technician out once on October 14th, did not correct the problem. Technician stated that the machine was functioning correctly! When contacted again on November 9th, they said they would find what parts were needed, ship them out and schedule another service call. I haven't heard a word from them since that phone call. Perhaps it is because I told them at that time this would be the last service call I would accept, that I next wanted to return the unit if it would not dry clothes completely.

      This rating would be Zero stars if that were an option. I purchased an Equator washing machine in March 2022. Less than three months later, it began smoking. After multiple phone calls and texts, the unit still is not repaired. One technician was not available when we could be. The second cancelled an hour after the repair was scheduled. Then, the Equator Appliance desk texted me that I would be required to pay for warranty service in advance. After weeks and weeks of run around, and having to do laundry in laundry mats I purchased a replacement washer. The next conversation with the Appliance Desk I was told they would pay me in advance for the repair; however, since it is not currently installed, that told me I don’t need it repaired. All of that having been said, I purchased a new washer that supposedly has a one year warranty. They appear to be running a scam thru their delays, expecting me to pay then claiming I don’t need it repaired. It is a matter of principle. Clearly if I could purchase another washer, I could pre-pay for any warranty work. It’s just not my place to have to do that. They should own up to their end of the deal. They should return my money and arrange for this one to be picked up. Right now they don’t even return my phone calls.

      We purchased stackable washer/dryer sets for our rental properties because we needed compact sizes. The dryer fan belts don't last long and we've had to replace several of them. So I ordered an extra one on my last order and never received it. I called, chatted, emailed several times to follow-up on this and was told I could get a refund or the part once it was available. I was given NEITHER and after multiple attempts, I stopped contacting them until recently when I needed the part for a repair. I had previously spoken to reps Vincent and Kim, neither of whom resolved my issues of not receiving the part I'd paid for. This time I spoke to Thomas who seems to be the lone CSR for the company. He was SO unhelpful, telling me that I would need to pay for shipping which I refused since I'd already paid for it originally. I asked for a mgr which he lied and said he didn't have, until I pushed and refused to hang up until I spoke to someone. Elvis, mgr, then got on the phone and said that Thomas would receive more training after I suggested it. Several times they refused to accept my calls at all until I blocked my number and then Thomas answered. This has been a ******* experience with Equator Applainces. If there was a way to order parts from another provider, I would definitely do that and never deal with these folks again. We will NEVER purchase another appliance from them and I did let them know that. Get them from a place where you have options for parts because appliances do need to be maintained. Avoid this company at all costs.
