My wife went looking for a refrigerator. She arrived at this place and the lady was eager to make her a deal(she took $100.00 off the price marked $400.00). When I got home, the setting on the frig was at cool, so I adjusted the knobs and unknown to me, I turned the unit off. I called Justified and they sent a tech out to look at it. He found that the frig was turned off. He turned the frig back on to its cool position and I waited until the next day to find out that the frig had a colder setting. With that being said, I adjusted the switch to its coldest position. Waited the next morning and my drinks were still not cold, just cool. When I opened the freezer section, my ice packs, for my lunch bag, were soft and I had some shrimp that were thawing out. I quickly moved to put them in our freezer. I called Justified that morning and they seemed to want to look at it. So, I brought it to them that evening. As it turns out, they say there is nothing wrong with the freezer. The lady behind the counter seems to want to make things right, but when she talks with the owner, NO DEAL! By the way, there is a gasket in the front door that has a split in it from 3", both ways, in the corner. They will not even fix/replace it. This is a place that does shady business. They advertise as scratch and dent, but, when I was in there, 60% of there refrigerators had cracks in their shelves some were missing shelves and/or drawers. These refrigerators are refurbed! I recommend spending a few extra dollars and getting a "scratch and dent" appliance that is actually new, that might have a few scratches or dents in them, but will last longer then the 3 year warranty they give you, that they probably want take care of anyway. From my point of view, that is what they did to me.... BY THE WAY... This place has an "F" rating with the BBB
