      Had my unit in their posesstion for repairs over 163 days of 2 yrs of ownership! And all repairs done to subpar acceptance. Jayco nor lone star gives a s@$T about u living in it and travel for work! And out of pocket since ownership without my own insurance national general who trea u like **** too. No one to make anything right!!!!!!!

      The service department do not stand by their work. Blame everyone but themselves for crappie installation of work they do. The store manager is so unprofessional and very disrespectful. As a Army Vet I have been all over the world and I NEVER was treated with such disrespect.

      We purchase a 2020 Whitehawk 32RL from them in March 2020. Overall, we love this RV, but it has been a real challenge getting things repaired at the dealer. The RV has been in their shop several times. They kind of fix things, but, our list is still very, very long of items that need fixing. Every time the unit is in for repair, it is in for at least 3-4 weeks. I have parts that were supposed to be ordered, but, they still have not received them. On top of that, they do not follow up with the customer, or, keep them updated as to the status of the RV. Erica does the best she can working with service, and I really enjoy the visit when I get to the dealership. However, I think that she might need some help. This dealership seems to be understaffed, at least for service. When we bought our unit, we were told that we had Priority service. Well, if 3-4 weeks is a priority, I would hate to see regular service. While our experience with the sales was great (Thanks Bob ****) I do not recommend their service at this time. Perhaps, one day they will get better, but, we are not happy campers! I have recommended them several times in the past to fellow co-workers, but, I cannot in good faith do that today. I really like the folks at the dealership, but, I still need my camper fixed. We bought this unit with our retirement savings. Wish we would have bought a different brand, or at least, shopped other dealers.
