Purchased 2 napqueen queen size ****** ******** mattress for 400.00 plus tax March 2023 from ******, opened 2 weeks ago and neither mattress has inflated as it should company says the mattress shouldn't be stored but immediately opened even though this is stated no where with this company it says allow up to 72 hours and will be fully inflated, has been over 2 weeks and still not inflated, mattress also says fiberglass free but yet there is fiberglass inside cover.Business response
