              I came in for a routine oil change and filter change on 10/14/22. They stripped my oil plug and didn’t inform me. By Monday 10/17/22 I realized my card was leaking out all the oil. I went back on that Monday to inform them, they said the would fix the problem, but only rigged it. By Tuesday 10/18/ 22 my car was leaking oil worse. I went back at opening and they put a butterfly plug and ordered a new oil pan because they admitted to messing it up. Wednesday 10/19/22 they replaced the oil pan. By this time I have been driving with my car leaking out massive amounts of oil for 6days. Thursday 10/20/22 my engine was knocking and the car had a lot of smoke coming out. I returned at opening, and they are claiming it isn’t there fault. My car had no issues prior to them touching it. I’m a single mother with one means of transportation and they have messed it up and aren’t taking responsibility.

              I thought that the last time I stopped by the poor service was just a fluke. I guess not, I waited 10 minutes for the guy to come in the office so I could pay, went out to the garage to ask if my car had passed and hint I'm waiting to pay. He would be right there, then proceeded to pop around the shop doing over 5 different thing for the following 5 or so minutes until a man of his same ethnicity peeked out to see if he could pay, showed up in less than 60 seconds. I guess my business isn't needed, or that of those who ask for a recommendation. Well deserved Rating!
