I was persuaded by an employee to pay for an extra service when I bought handlebars from this company. I also bought a set of brass risers. I payed to have 100% of the scale brushed off to a bright bare metal finish and then clear powdercoat sprayed over it. The way i was told to pay was to buy a $50 cable from their website and add to the notes the details of the service to be performed and he would know what it meant. I was told it would be done that following weekend. Which gave them 4 days to do it. I ordered them on 2/22/24. On 2/27 I contacted to check the progress and was told they are starting them today. He one pic of the handlebar in progress. I heard nothing else until 3/5 when I asked when they would be shipped. I called numerous times with no response until I got an email notification the items have shipped. The status of my order changed to fulfilled. I received the package 3/12 and opened the box to find unfinished, uncoated bars with dark scale, rust, and jagged metal around all the cuts. A note inside informing me they didn't have the other items (risers) I ordered and would have to make more. I lost all trust at this moment in this company. I decided to cancel the order for the risers and recoup that money first. I recieved a refund for canceled riser order on 3/18. I then asked what that $50 went toward for the extra service. I then got excuses for why the bars looked bad because they were incapable of brushing the bars clean and how hard it was to change their equipment over to spray clear powdercoat. Keep in mind I just wanted to order raw bars, but was offered this service for $50. He understood my concerns and offered a refund if it was unsatisfactory. I confirmed I wanted a refund on 3/19 for $50 the cost of the service. He then said that I must have knocked the coating off and has ignored every attempt I've made to contact. Kinetic Motorcycles coaxed me into a service they could not and did not perform and won't issue a refund. Worst serviceInitial Complaint

Ordered from Kinetic Motorcycles on July 28th, they emailed me stating "So with the order that you placed on the tracker face plate. We are updating the LEDs to a stronger wattage and a better overall performance. So right now we are waiting on that batch to be done it should be done before August 9 because we discontinued the order version. So if that way it’s ok with you it’ll ship out around August 9-12th because once we get them we have to inspect them and install them onto the plate. Then obviously do a quality check overall. So if that’s ok with you let me know, if not I can cancel the order. Apologies for this!". That was fine with me. On August 23rd they stated they had to redesign the tabs and that would happen 2 days later. On September 27th they told me that the order got picked up earlier that day and an email would be sent. The email stated "Sorry about the delays, the surfacing of the aluminum normally is done by someone who solely operates that specific machine but he’s been out for the past 2 weeks but he’s back now so he’s getting on them today and it should be boxed up and shipped by 6pm." It is October 15th and I haven't received any response when I ask about the faceplate now.
