I ordered an electric scooter that got delivered on September 18th. After receiving the scooter, I realized that the scooter was faulty- 1. It did not charge at all 2. It would not reach it maximum speed. On their website all all reviews, the scooter is supped to ride at 21 miles per hour, mine however only went at 20 kilometers per hour I then contacted their customer support and faced a bunch of issues- 1. They do not have a helpline and the response time between the emails is extremely long. 2. They sent me another charger that still didn't work 3. They would like me to send my scooter for repair to their center. However, I do not want a piece that did not work from the time I opened the piece. I am going to attach the email exchange between me and them to the supporting documents as well. Its currently been 17 days since I was suppose to receive a scooter that works.
