      False advertising on the express service. For all the oil changes done so far, even with appointment, they took 4 hours. This is ridiculous time. Infact when I checking I clearly mentioned that I have appointment so am expecting quick service. I did mention my past experience when they did not care to expediate appointment customers. I was told 45 mins. After 1.5hrs no updates. When asked, another 30 mins and then ended up at 4hrs. I was told, if we are busy, we stop taking walk-ins and only serve appointment customers. Totally false and it is consistent problem. I missed worked and up spending half a day here. The dealership needs to be transparent and not deceive customers of actual wait time

      Contacted customer and agreed and sent $100 to the customer. Additionally, we apologized for this lapse in service.

      On 9/22/2022, I purchased a vehicle from Gulf Toyota in Houston. It was a 2015 BMW M4. Everything seemed fine when I test drove it and the salesperson assured me the vehicle had passed their inspections. After the purchase, we didn't make it very far before stopping for gas. I began to hear a squealing noise coming from the engine bay. I then called the Toyota dealership and reported it to Angela. Angela then assured me that the vehicle passed their service inspection and the car was good to go. I sent them a video of the car making the noise and she advised me to take it to BMW of Dallas to be serviced. They told me that two things were wrong with it, the valve cover and oil pan seals were broken which is causing the noise and this is do to pressure build up in the engine. I sent the inspection sheet to the Angela and she said that her manager, Steve, was going to work with the BMW dealership to get the matter resolved. I left my vehicle at the BMW dealership in Dallas TX for about two weeks. I heard nothing, so I called the BMW dealership and they said that they hadn't heard back anything from the Toyota dealership. I was advised to pick the vehicle up, which I did. After retrieving the vehicle, I tried to reach Steve again with no response after leaving voicemails. I am not asking to return the car, I simply would like the repairs done to the car that should have been done prior to selling the vehicle. I expect more from a Toyota dealership and am waiting to hear from Steve. I am attaching a copy of the BMW inspection the shows everything the Toyota dealership did not catch during their inspection.
