      Judith **** **** is giving a bad reputation to Auto Nation in general not just Toyota as far as after sells support. This was my first email to her: After putting 61 miles on the jeep I have a check engine light (I’m not saying this is the case but computers normally reset after about 60 miles). I find this unsatisfactory considering it had been parked in my driveway (with the exception of taking it to a window tinter) for two weeks. What is Auto Nation Toyota's intention in this matter? It took 3 emails and a phone call (she never return) and a threat to give her a bad review before she responded. She initially responded with a very hostile email threatening me with a bad review (which is funny because I gave her the asking price minus the tint). She did come back and apologized with a follow up email that ended with me taking the Jeep to Auto Nation Katy. They said the problem was an ignition coil and the spark plugs. The ignition coil was covered by the warranty but not the plugs and that would cost $750. I told him I would contact Judith so all the work would be covered. I sent her 2 more emails in the last 2 days and again have not received a response, even though I asked her to please let me know if she was going to do anything or if I was on my own. Final email: It would have been considerably more professional for you to have responded to the email letting me know that auto nation toyota has no intentions of doing anything rather than ignoring me. I hate being ignored and I'm pretty sure you don't like to be ignored. Last chance to make this right. No response. I told Auto Nation Katy I’m at the point that I just want to get my Jeep back so just do what the warranty allows and I’ll change the plugs myself. Ironically she actually sent me an email stating that service doesn’t end after the sell is complete.

      Service manager Luis is a liar. Luis said an oil change would cost $80. I was charged $87. Luis said a wheel alignment would cost $90. I was charged $108. Luis said new filters and wiper blade would cost $99. I was charged $112. When I tried to review my invoice, Luis hustled me over to the cashier and disappeared before I could ask any questions. Also, on my last two visits, he said that my vehicle had been damaged during servicing. Once he told me that it had fallen off the lift. Then he laughed and said that he was only kidding. It wasn't funny the first time or the second.

      The finance guys are so full of it! I’m not sure because I’m a woman I have been treated unfairly and lied too but Sunny ******** in the finance department is a crook! I came in to end my warranties and he gave me a bs list of documents I must return in order to cancel which was the first lie then he said email them ok I email them no response, I call, leave message no response then I ask could another finance guy cancel and he said he can’t because Sunny did the transaction. To add, he stated he didn’t understand why Sunny asked me to give documents. It’s been days and nothing! I texted Sunny and stated this should not be this difficult to cancel and he texted he’ll do later in the day. Dude still didn’t send documents. This whole situation has been so unprofessional and unnecessary! So now I will drive out the way to go back in person and hear more lies. I would not recommend buying anything from dealership, vehicles are not up to standards and I traded mine in 2 months at another dealership … I really regret purchases!

      I don't usually write negative reviews and I apologize in advance for writing a long review but I think sharing my experience with other's will prevent what I experienced from happening to anyone else. I omitted names for Privacy Issues. > I did my due diligence and they are lowest priced of the dealerships i spoke to. I spoke to 9 dealerships to get a new Toyota Corolla 2022. They edged out other dealers with the $499 manufacturers rebate. > The Salesman I dealt with was straight forward and easy to deal with, patient, and follows up accordingly. So because of this initial positive contact then I decided to get my car from them. 10-23-2021 Went to Autonation with the intention of putting a reservation in for the car I wanted but was told that I would need to close everything out now as another person was also in-line to get the same car I wanted. Also if I close now then I would just need to come in when the car arrives from shipping to pick it up. With this in mind, I decided that I should close the deal out or else risk losing the car to another buyer. Everything goes as planned with the agreed upon out the door price (includes tax, title and license) at $24125.46 Now this is where everything starts going south 11-06-2021 Contacted by Saleman that car is ready to be picked up. I go to the dealership to do just that. I arrive and was told that the paper I initially signed was missing and they were looking for it. I told them I had a copy of it as well. 20mins after, they come and tell me that it has been found and it should be okay. Waited further 15mins then the manager comes out saying we would need a new contract signed and they would need to run my credit again. (I was thinking this is Odd as we already did that on 10-23 but was okay with it just to get this over with) I told them it was fine as long as it has the same terms as the first agreement. Manager says: "It's a little different." Didn't think if anything of it but boy was I not ready for what was coming. Another 20mins then saleman and manager comes to me with the papers that need to be signed. Obviously I read what I'm signing and final price has now increased to $24657.84. I asked why is this and now manager tells me that manufacturer's rebate was only valid until Nov 2, 2021 and since the car arrived Nov 6, 2021 then it was no longer available. At this point I was about to lose it but held my composure (visibly upset though). Told them that we already agreed on the price that is why we closed on the 23rd of October and I am not signing any more papers. Made phone calls and was advised I could sue them for this but it will not be worth my time and cost so I did not have a choice but to sign. (I needed the car for work so really needed the car) Was also advised to ask them if I can at least get something to resolve this. Asked manager and replies: "We can't do anything." At this point I have given up trying to reach a middle ground with them and just signed the papers. I wanted to resolve this there and then since they aim for "100% customer satisfaction." but looks like they failed to deliver on that promise. All I can do now is share my experience to everyone so that this thing does not happen to anyone else. And No I would not recommend them to anyone. Take your business somewhere else where you can TRUST them. P.S. They were at least honest to tell me that the Window Tint that was applied was not up to par (Bubbles on it) and that they would replace it.
