      Can’t get an oil change in a decent amount of time They tell you maybe an hour and a half So I was asked to make an appointment so I did it took twice as long been over 3 hours and still not finished

      I went to purchase a car here and received the worse service ever. I walked in already having been pre-approved by my own credit union. The finance associate Ceasar V********* insisted that I had he needed to run my credit again for approval through the same bank. I re-iterated that I was already approve by the bank that I only needed the purchase order for the vehicle that I wanted. He did not listen to me and ran my credit and the bank was closed which placed my application on hold. He also stated that the interest rate was 12% after me getting an approval from my bank at a much lower rate. I informed him of it but he again did not listen. After I partnered with my bank and signed all the paperwork I returned to get my car and Ceasar did not process the paperwork. Ceasar also did not come and greet me and assisted in the final part of the car purchase. He called me a week later wanting the final down payment to only argue with me about my experience. As ** ******* ******** *****, he treated me as if I was not going to get approved and treated me with so much disrespect. I will not be doing business with this company or any affiliates, nor will I bring in customers to purchase from them either.

      I give theme one star because there is no 0.Bad costumer service by Syquoia, very rude as she was more concerened on tone of voice that listening to our problem., never understood the situation after being explained multiple times. She was rude,never explained the situation with my truck , never explained if warranty was covering charges or not. We received information of our vehicle that had nothing to do with actual problem. Seemed like an attempt to rip us off. Also said the rental vehicle we picked up would be covered and after days of waiting with no information, we went to ask and where told we had to pay the rental also,the service manager waived the charges of the rental but I end up paying for the rest of the repair because my issues was not covered by the warranty of the truck. Be careful with these people, not sure if it's race profiling or just terrible employees or trying to take advantage of people that they don't know anything about cars repairs.

      Recently purchased a Ford F-`150 from Beck & Masten. In short, it had blown head gasket that they absolutely knew about and did not disclose. They play games and transfer problem vehicles between their multiple car lots. There was also another sale on the vehicle that was not reported to Car Facts because the buyers returned the vehicle when they found out about the head gasket. There was a lot of smoke and mirrors until finally a month later they reluctantly took the car back. They issued a check that was not put on positive payment, which took another couple of days to clear. In short, they lied, ruined my credit and drug out the process to put me in a bind to move on to an honest dealership.

      I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. I purchased a Volvo. The check engine light was on and I was told to schedule a maintenance appt with volvo to have all issues addressed. (waited 2 weeks for this appt) Volvo needed a PO approval for $135 before they would even LOOK at my vehicle and we waited over 2 hours for that approval. After calling the salesperson and him stating that "he is currently on a cruise ship, and I would just need to wait until Monday to have this handled". I waited an additional week for services to be completed. Day after picking up my vehicle, there were more issues. For the past week and a half I have been trying to contact the sales manager that was working with myself and volvo. I was finally told that he has been on vacation (no out of office to notify of that) and was told to bring the volvo back and they would do a "vin swap" and put me into something else. I was told to send the salesman a few options from the used site and we could see what we could do. I am being told to re-submit a credit app, and have my credit hit once again to make this work. Doesn't seem fair for something out of my control. Who wants another credit hit? He also told me that one vehicle is a "hottest vehicle in inventory" and why would they come down on the price of it for my situation if they can sell it to someone else for the full price? He also said I need to "remember the hours he spent in the heat to earn my business". I have purchased many vehicles over the years and 9 times out of 10, most salesman need to walk outside to do their job. I am sorry you chose to do so in Texas where it is usually hot outside. I do not receive phone calls back from anyone, they are unprofessional, and I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

      Very unprofessional used car consultant Mark, I went there to see a 2019 Toyota Tundra after driving it I asked for the drive out price, the price being over my budget and as any negotiation to begin I made an offer of $20,000 cash down payment and that I could not pay over $40,000 drive out. The sales consultant laughed. I felt humiliated and told the guy to stop laughing. For being in that business you have to take offers with respect and professionalism, so they just expect for customers to pay what they want for the car? I strongly suggest to go to other dealerships, this place doesn't know how to treat customers.

      I went to get a oil change while driving off I noticed my ac was not cooling. I pulled over to find out it was damaged done to my ac line which cause a leak and cause the condenser to blow out. Now it's my fault and I have to pay 2500 to get it fix. They crazy part they blame me when it was working went I brought it in . Then after having my car 24 hours still nothing is done. I'm so disappointed because I brought the car new and now I might at well but another one..I dislike the delarship
