    On December 2 nd i went to purchase a pre owned Lexus 350 at John Eagle Acura at 16015 Katy Fwy Houston Tx 77094 with a sale price of $24,784.00 i told the sales Rep .i was not interested in anything extra so i went to the finance department and Dang was the finance person i had to deal with ,things started off good getting paper work togetherun at the end he showed me 3 different optional on his tablet witch include extended warranty ,appearance and kaha plus i told him several times i was not interestes he continue to push the extra sale i told him no every time so he offer a lower cost on the extended warranty and went to ask his boss and came back with a cost of $2440.00 i call my mechanic and asked him his advice he said i should get it so itold him i will take the warranty and that was it .I drove out with the vehicle and went on a two weeks vacation that was already planned ,i came back on the week of the 19 December and printed copy of the paperwork on the thumb drive and the page with the brake down of everything was missing so i called Dang and asked hin about the missing page he told the that everything was on the drive i totd him no i went back and check the paperwork and that page was missing.I call for him a couple other time and left voice mail and did not received a call back so on Tuesday 2 nd January i drove to th dealership had a talt with him about the missing page with the breakdown of the price and after about 15 minutes he printed the page iand i saw the add on 43201.. for Appearance and Kahu plus i said to him i told you several times i was not interested in anything extra and you add $3201.00 to my invoice i said what are you going to do about this he said he was going to have a talk with his boss.he came back and said hin boss wiil come to see me in another room so after 45 minutes he came introducehimself asFinance manager i explain to him that his finance rep. add $3201.00 extra after telling him no several times said he cant do anything.

    I wish I had read these reviews before I went to this dealership. We have great credit and were told that our rate would be over 15 precent interest. And then they told us we had to buy their gap insurance as well as their made up fake paint protection and carpet cleaning with a total of $2,295 added. So went to mercedes dealership and got much better car at very low rate. DO NOT GO TO JOHN EAGLE ACURA.
