I purchased my vehicle from northside lexus on September 5th and purchased the extended warranty. The extended warranty charge was placed on my credit card. After driving the vehicle for a month I felt comfortable cancelling the extended warranty. I reached out to the dealership October 13th and 17th and was unable to get ahold of anyone on how to cancel the warranty. On October 28th i called again and i was told i would need to go into the dealership to cancel. On the 29th I went in person to sign the cancellation request. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to receive a check in the mail with the pro rated refund. I waited and did not receive anything. I called again on November 22nd and I was told that the extended warranty was still active. I was extremely upset and asked for them to honor the original date of cancellation request. They were supposed to email me a copy of the extended warranty cancellation and I have not received anything and still have not been refunded. I would appreciate any assistance with this.Business response
