      They sent out an advertisement in the mail with a scratch off code. In this advertisement it states that if you have a code that lines up with the product you win. The code that lined up with the code I had scratched off was for a 2024 ******* Sportsman. I was skeptical at first so I called the number to verify and they verified the information was correct. I read the fine print on the advertisement and verified the information. I submitted the information on the website and got the same results, and I also called the dealership themselves to confirm this and they verified the information. After having to set up an appointment with them, I arrived at the dealership. After having to drive over 30 minutes to arrive at the location, I walked inside and claimed my "prize". My prize was a $10 pair of knock-off ***** earbuds. To say I was frustrated as an understatement. This practice should be illegal in this business should be held accountable.

      just now NEW They let me get a babysitter and drive 45 minutes to look at a truck that I had been talking to them for three days about. They waited until I got to the dealership to tell me they had sold it the day before they had scheduled my appointment to look at it.

      This dealership uses the most deceptive bait and switch tactics . They advertise a low price for a new car. They flat out lie to you over the phone insisting that that is the drive out price for rhat specific stock number plus TTL and tell you to just go to the dealership to sign the paperwork and close the deal. After you drive all the way to south Houston close to Alamaeda mall, they switch the deal and literally add thousands ($4,000 in our case) to the drive out price of the same exact vehicle that they went over on the phone with you. They have had so many complaints of doing this exact thing that they have lost their BBB accreditation. Over the phone, they swear up and down that there is no tricks, the advertised price is rge exact price etc. etc. ... All absolue lies. Do not believe a single word of what these people tell you over the phone nor any of their advertisements.

      Do not buy a car from these horrible people. The internet price is not the price you get. The salesman told me once I got there that the internet price is just to get you there. They add 1000’s of dollars on it. Once you finally agree on a price, they sneak another 1900.00 in there and tell you it is taxes. They will then hurry you through the signing process and won’t explain anything. I didn’t even get time to read what I was signing. I was overcharged $1900 and no one cares. The rude manager told me to get out of the dealership. I called 5 times and emailed 3 times Bj Banamar and he refuses to call or email back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to another dealership.

      I would give them a zero , I traded my Kia due to theft issue they were having and got into what I thought would be a great vehicle a pre owned one at that , the sales man Edwin led me on saying it was in great shape just had some miles on it even told me he would fix some cosmetic issues that they never fixed, long story short the truck which is a Silverado has an electrical issue that shuts the truck off at any time I’ve tried contacting him and he won’t reply , also has issues with the ac I found out the condenser had a hole in it and all they did was re fill the Freon and put a patch on it , other than that the truck is okay , also they snuck in some fees and even lowballed me on my trade in and lied to me about the money I put down , that money I put down they used it to pay for the registration fee and not a trade in , this place should be shut down and investigated for fraud bunch of rats .

      Brittany ********* in Services did not let me speak at all! Not only is she wanting to charge me for an alignment that was done wrong the 1st time, she would talk over me and not listen to what I had to offer. The manager informed charges would be covered since we bought the car with issues. NEVER WILL I RETURN HERE. MANAGERS ARE RUDE. THEY ROLL THEIR EYES WHEN YOU SHOW UP BECAUSE NO ONE TAKES THE CALLS. SALES PEOPLE IGNORE YOUR TEXTS. SALES DEPARTMENT ARE JUST UGLY. SPEND YOUR $20K+ SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

      Shady with their business practices! I drove 40 minutes to look at buying a car they had advertised for 16k on not only their website but several other car sales websites. Get there and during the test drive the salesman proceeded to inform me that the car would be 7k higher than what the car was advertised for. I told him that was bait and switch, spoke w the manager and he said no he wouldn't honor the advertised price. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas AG as well as the BBB.

      South Houston Nissan makes every attempt to ensure correct advertised pricing on all its inventory, and to correct any errors found as soon as possible. Website errors do occur, and South Houston Nissan reserves the right to adjust pricing due to errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances, this is why the customer was informed of the pricing error on the vehicle. There was no bait and switch as the vehicle advertised was the vehicle that was shown to the customer and an explanation that the pricing was not correct. We do apologize for the negative experience that Mr. Robert Wortham may have had, all vehicle pricing comes from our inventory feed which pushes into South Houston Nissan website as well as all third-party websites causing any pricing errors to reflect on all websites and can take up to 24 hours to correct due to inventory feed times to and from the website’s.

      Bought a 2021 Rouge in December 2022. When buying it they said it came with two key fobs, that the service center was closed, that they would send me another in the mail. After two weeks I began calling, just to be put on a hold line that they never answer. Then I went back there, two hours away, and talked to their owner loyalty manager, Natali M******* who lied more than the others. She made excuses on why I didn’t get the key, and how she was going to have it sent to me, that they needed to get the right part. After that I called there service department and asked if they had a key fob I can get for my Rouge, they said they had dozens of them to come on down and in two hours they can have one made. The managers of this dealership had no intentions on getting me my key, and are the most dishonest dealership, besides **** ****** ***** that I have ever dealt with. I had recently purchased a 2023 frontier pro 4x at ***** ******* and the service and help even after the purchase is what south Houston Nissian needs to take lessons from

      I took my 2018 Nissan Sentra in for service due to a failed state inspection because of a check engine light and a faulty start from time to time. Agreed to repairs of $900 and completed in less than a week. A week later I find out that the part was never ordered until 2 days prior. 2 weeks later they tell me that it needs a second repair for the same issue which was misdiagnosed the first time, for an additional $700. After all this, I was promised a complimentary state inspection and car wash which was never performed. After almost 3 weeks my car was “ready“. After leaving the dealership I went to get my state inspection just to find out that it was still failing due to the same issue. I took it back to the dealership and they came up with a 3rd repair at an additional $800. If I was told it was gonna be $2400 from the jump, I would’ve never agreed to the repairs being that the car has 180k miles. I asked to speak to the manager so they had me speak with Christopher Letang to try and figure out a solution. Christopher just gave me the run around and a bunch of excuses and come to find out he is not even the manager. I never write reviews on anyone or any place but I felt like no one deserves to be treated this way, especially at a dealership, where we’re supposed to be dealing with professionals and experts. ???????? DO NOT HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE!!!

      We went South Houston Nissan to purchase a car and told them we had our own financing, they ran 42 credit checks, even a month after we purchased a car from another dealership. Now ******** Bank has closed 2 of our credit cards because of to many credit checks. We told them this was not fair, the 2 cards were either paid off or we were still paying and never missed a payment. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT DEALERSHIP.
