June 29th, went into Sterling Mccall Hyundai to purchase a vehicle that I had pre-approved application from credit with the sales prices from dealer. The sales manager accepted the deal and sent us to finance. Without or knowledge the sales manager sent change price to more than 3k and added warranty to telling us we were sign for warranty to be transferred not new warranty. Only thing we agreed to was GAP. On Monday July 1st financial company who bought loan told us the car priced over 8k than what we ask for. Went back to dealer they refuse to fix problem. Never gave us so called paperwork we signed cause it was on the computer. They took beautiful experiences made it into a nightmare. They didn't want to compromise or solve their error nor did they want to cancel the warranty

05/14/2024, I bought a car from Sara *****, I placed a deposit on the car on 5/11/2024 and went to pick it up on 5/14/2024. The add had a certain amount to pay which was fine and the vehicle was 2023 Blazer RS which I really like. Upon arriving yesterday to pick up the car and after inspecting it, I was told the would detail and fill the car up with gas along with replace the spare tire, jack and accessories that go along with spare since it did not have one,, also the car had wheel locks and I did not receive a key, also floor mats are missing. I would like all these things replaced ASAP, since they were promised and delivered to my home or place of work. I feel that they are dismissing me and trying to take up more of my time and put me in dangerous situation on the freeways with out a spare or a key to remove the tire's and this was a certified owned vehicle.

Hi, I bought 2024 Chevrolet Malibu at this dealership! I was negotiating heavily to reduce the price of the car, I always do, I buy a lot of cars so I have a great experience negotiating the price down! After checking the selling proposal, I saw there were a lot of adds on to the price like tinted windows, door seals protection, gps tracker and black bow tie, I asked what is black bow tie charge, they told they do Chevrolet bow tie in black which usually yellow color! At that time I didn’t see the window sticker but when I came home I went through the glove box and I saw that window sticker with descriptions of GM Chevrolet factory options and to my surprise I saw that GM factory already installed BLACK BOW TIE and charged for it even before shipping to this dealership! I called the dealership and I talked to new car sale manager Michael ****** who first said that they gave me a lot of discounts I said they did because I know how to negotiate, then he said they didn’t charge me for that, I have all paperwork they charged me $599 for the bow tie, then he said we have a guy comes and do this job to make the bow tie black, I said send me the material receipt and labor paid receipts! Never sent me nothing! He was very unprofessional was interrupting me and just blocked me from the phone! Unbelievable! Then I talked to general sales manager Patrick ****** who was telling same thing and changing the story, first we gave a lot of discounts, then we didn’t charge for bow tie, third we had the guy do the job on bow ties, how you make the bow tie black if it already comes from factory all blacked out! He let me look in that and he will call me back, he lied to me, he never called me back, in fact blocked me too instead of finding a solution! I made a complaint with GM public relations about this dealership do shady practices charging for something was already in the price by GM! This company owns me $599, I have 3 Chevrolet cars including 2022 Camaro 2SS and 2021 corvette

Date of Transaction: October 14, 2023 Amount of Transaction: $18,392.32 The purchase of a used 2013 Jeep Sahara. The vehicle was not working properly and I believe I should have been advised that the vehicle has mechanical issues. I feel that the inspection was passed without testing the vehicle because the horn would not work. I took the vehicle to another dealer because I had a very hard time communicating with the Sterling McCall. I could not get a return call and some items promised have not been fixed. I would have never purchased this vehicle knowing that it has the following issues: 1) horn not working 2) Bluetooth not working 3) brakes all around including the rotors 4) front wheel is sticking which is causing the caliper and the hoses to get chewed 5) rear brakes and rotors are metal to metal 6) oil leak at valve cover gaskets 7) seals from the front axle of the vehicle are leaking 8) Sterling McCall promised to the driver side door handle and did not. These issues have been documented by Texan Jeep. I have not driven the vehicle more than maybe 200 miles from the time I picked it up from Sterling McCall to taking it to Texan Jeep. The estimate to get the vehicle working properly is about $6,000

Thank you for reviewing my complaint.  I tried to get the vehicle repaired using the warranty purchased from Sterling McCall.  The independent adjuster by the name of Joe ******** ************ - called me on November 16, 2023 and advised me that he would not be able to pay for any repairs under this contract because all the issues are pre-existing.  I know he meant well, but he stated that "Sterling McCall should have never sold me this vehicle in this condition or should at the very least told me about the problems."  As you can imagine, this has been my worst experience in purchasing a vehicle - this should have never happened.  Maybe this will help the next person - or even hold the Sterling McCall review how they handle business.

My car has been in the shop on and off since late August. I’ve spent money I did not have on rentals and even went as far as taking out another loan to get a new car when the repairs were taking longer than expected. My car is currently under warranty and the rentals were supposed to be covered by my warranty company according to Sterling McCall Chevrolet. I began getting rentals myself and when I could no longer afford to pay, I returned the rental and explain to Chevy what was going on. The service manager assisted in getting me a rental of what I thought was complimentary, but now I’m stuck with a $600+ bill from enterprise that I cannot afford to pay. Fast forward to the first weekend of October, my car is repaired, but then breaks down a week later and has been in the shop ever since then. The employees at Sterling McCall explained to me that since this was a part failure, rentals were not coverage, and I would have to be without a car again. I started paying for Lyfts to get to and from Work and various destinations, but finally I decided to take a step on faith and get another car since no one at the dealership could give me a clear estimate of when my engine would be repaired. I would like to voluntarily surrender the car that is at the Chevy dealership and reimbursements for all the money I’ve spent on rentals and my down payment for the purchase of my new car.

Friday, August 11th, 2023. My wife and I visited the dealership to look for a used car I could drive back and forth to work in. Salesman showed us a 2018 Chevy Cruz and we went on a test drive. The car seemed to drive well and the Salesman gave us a price of $13,190 including all tax, tags and document fees for the vehicle. Since it had so many miles, we countered with $12,700. The Salesman went to check with his manager and came back shaking my hand and saying congratulations you got a car! He then took us to finance building to do paperwork with a finance manager. I paid a $1,000 down payment on the vehicle. The manager did all the forms from his computer and had me sign numerous times on a small electronic signing device on his desk. I did not see or sign on the actual forms themselves. He convinced me to buy GAP and a car maintenance plan for the vehicle also with the understanding that I could cancel at any time if I changed my mind, which was fine. Then he shook our hands, left to make copies and came back with them folded nicely in an envelope which he handed me. He then walked us out to get our car. We drove home happy. It wasn't until Sunday morning that l retrieved the documents from the car and looked at them that I realized that the car price was higher than we agreed upon on the form copies and all tax, tag, and document fees had also been added. $2,000 more than agreed upon! We went back up to the dealership on Monday, thinking it was just a misunderstanding. The Salesman in question lied to my face and said he never agreed to the $12,700 price inclusive of taxes, etc. He produced 2 docs that he insisted that I had signed in his office that had the different car price on them. I signed no such documents, this was the 1st time I was seeing them. The sales manager, Oscar would not help us at all either. I got a copy of these 2 documents while there, not my signature. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, they are crooks.

Received an Acceleride offer for a 2023 Range rover and the message said " we will honor this offer EVEN if you chose not to buy from us" Well That wasnt the case, a manager Tyler said that even though the acceleride process is to find out "whats your car is worth" they assume it will be traded in and offer reflects the tax credit. I showed him the promise ON THE OFFER OF " we will honor this offer EVEN if you chose not to buy from us" but he said that it will not be honored. I've sold 3 cars to them in the past (2021-2022) and purchased another one (2022) and never have an issue. Very bad business move in my eyes
