      If I could give them -5 stars I would. My truck I bought here was a **** with low miles and when I took it home not even a week the truck broke down on me while I was going to work. Took the truck back to get fix because they told me they were gonna fix it and when I went to pick it up again the second day the truck did the same thing. In total I took the truck about 4 times or 5 in the first month of having the truck at the end I took it to my own mechanic and had to pay outta pocket because they didn’t want to help with it. Then I went again to buy a car for my wife 4/27/24 the first week the truck started to shack while being parked so I took it to them and they said it was the oil cap so they fixed it and since today 5/29/24 we are still going back and forward because it’s still doing the same thing. The salesman Martinez and the manager Carlos they are just ignoring me and telling they will help me. Don’t ever make Business with them

      This dealership does not even deserve one star! Never have I done business with a company (mostly the finance department) that literally has lied to us over and over. We traded in a vehicle and bought a SUV on 12-28-23. We had to return to the dealership four times to complete paperwork. The lies that were told to us were unbelievable. They were suppose to send the payoff to ****** and never did! We continued to get calls from ****** advising us our payment was late and we kept advising we don't even own the vehicle anymore. Jerry in the finance department stated they sent the check but would not provide proof and then even said that ****** sent it back to them. Then his next story was that their system was down and then the person that does the checks is out. Then even told us some story about getting our paperwork mixed up with another client. WHAT?? During all this mess the SUV started to shimy while driving aboue 80 miles an hour and my daughter took it back to the dealership and made them check out the vehicle. We were suppose to get four new tires with the original deal. The mechanics tell us there was tire separation which is extremely rare but it happens. Now wondering if they just found some used tires in the back and slapped on. So they replaced the tires and the SUV does not shimy anymore. This dealership lacks professionalism, integrity and is full of lies. To todays date 2-19-24 ****** has not received the payoff. I will never do business with this company again. We experienced horrible customer service and lies.

      I am extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism, communication, honesty and customer service of Sterling McCall Chevrolet's employees. I was planning to buy a truck and my brother did an initial search (I am a physician, unable during the day to call/drive to dealerships). On 1/14/2024 my brother initially spoke on phone with Clint then met with Mike, Sales Mgr, and obtained a written quote for a white Chevy Silverado LT, 2023 for $50,431. Later that day I negotiated a final price with Clint of $50K. On 1/17/24, I drove for 1.5 hours after work from the med center to the dealership. Clint wasn't there (he'd confirmed earlier he would). I asked Jose, another salesman, to start sales paperwork. Victor then came into the office, saying he could not sell the truck at the agreed-on price and presented a new quote for $53,730.36. I couldn't understand how after 5 days of negotiations, it was not clear what car/price we agreed on. Mr Villadares promised to contact me first thing next morning after speaking to his boss, presumably Tim. After no word for 2 days, I called Clint, who promised again to call after speaking to his supervisor. I also sent a letter describing the circumstances to Tim and I am still waiting for anyone from Sterling McCall Chevrolet to call me. No one has. Various representatives of Sterling McCall Chevrolet have displayed a lack of communication and professionalism. It is deceptive to negotiate and agree on the price, then waste my time getting me to drive to the dealership only to pull the deal, then feed me promises to follow up, with absolutely zero response. I hope by providing this review to the BBB, I can prevent other consumers from having a disorganized and misleading car purchase experience. Sterling McCall Chevrolet should carefully review the practices of their sales staff’s negotiation process to avoid carelessness/disorganization at best and deceptive sales practices at worst.

      I paid over $7,300 to get my car fixed . Literally drove it 2 weeks and it broke down on me. It’s no reason why my car should be broke.Sent it back now they are trying to make me pay another $4,000. Don’t send your car here. Unacceptable, they don’t deserve stars.

      If i could give less stars i would! I will never ever do business here again. DO NOT DO IT! Bought a car and drove it home. Made it home and it started shaking. Called and told me to bring it back. Took it back a day or two later they claim it was the tires so they rotated them. Weeks later started all over again. My sales person ignored all text and calls and I had to physically show up to get him. He was shocked that service told me to call him because i wasn’t paying for a service. hadn’t even had the car a month. He printed out a page to take to the manager In service. I took it too him he told me come on the weekend. Dropped it off Saturday took them all day long to tell me they rotated tires again. Drove it home it started shaking again. Called the manager again. At this point drove it back up there. Mechanic rode with me and drove the car. Told me what was wrong then gave me my warranty phone number and said “go to ford dealer to get fixed”. Now warranty wont give a rental even though its in the paperwork. Said i should have got a rental through them. Then hours later Claim that now it had hard plates I’m shit outta luck. they say they don’t have proof of working or touching my tires. I have all the messages and everything. Yet they’re the ones that told me it was the tires. They misdiagnosed my vehicle but its “my problem now”. Never again. Trashiest dealer around.

      Stopped in to test drive a truck I found online. After the test drive, I negotiated a price and potential interest rate. Gave them my trade in to assess... 1 hour later a different salesman comes back and says they can't do the price they agreed on and offers me less than salvage value for my car. When the manager comes over he did not apologize for the unethical practice or the wait. This is the worst service I have received at a dealership. Steer clear of this dealership under this management

      They send out coupons offering discounted services. $34.95 for synthetic oil change and $109.95 for brake pad replacement. Strangely, they honored the oil change coupon but refused to honor the brake pad coupon. I was told that the coupon price of $109 would be deducted from the $350 charge that they affix for brake pad replacement. This makes no sense. They did not deduct anything from the oil change price. They simply charged me the $34.95. This is truly a bait and switch type of campaign. They get you in and then have their commissioned sales people charge you extravagant prices for basic services. Service was a lot better as Munday Chevrolet. We had just been there a week earlier and the service representative said that they couldn’t work on my wife’s Chrysler 300 because they didn’t have the technology and the car was too complicated. Sad to see that customer service has sunk so low at our only local Chevrolet dealership.

      This has to be the largest group of rude, inconsiderate, and downright unprofessional car lot i have ever been to. We ordered a vehicle online, had everything set up and was ready to go for the next day, even spoke with the salesman that stated we needed to bring nothing with us other than our vehicle for trade, drivers license, and title/keys to the vehicle and be ready to sign our paperwork. we agreed to meet at 12:30, now mind you, we were driving for 2 hours to meet this salesmen at sterling mccall chevrolet in north houston, and he knew this. I decided to make sure i had a few extra items he did not mention over the phone just in case. we get there, and not only is the vehicle not ready, nor our paperwork, but it took about 20 mins for our salesman to locate us. once he finally got our paperwork together with our trade and small down payment, we signed the paperwork, then all of a sudden the lender that we were pre-approved for with paperwork we just signed stated that they could no longer do that. after hours and hours of the sales rep back and fourth with his "financial assistant" they try to tell us that we need a significantly larger down payment than originally agreed upon, we of course denied that and then they disappear for ever, we finally see our sales rep again, and he just keeps telling us that "they are trying to work on it". i am very upset and angry at this point and dont understand what they are working on being as all the details had been done online and the deal was set already, they just wanted to change it up for themselves i guess. well FINALLY around 7pm the finance guy comes out and states he got it and we just needed to sign and he would have us on our way.... sounded great, ive been in this place for close to 7 hours now and was just wanting to leave. he rushes us through paperwork (as if he is doing us a favor) gives us a "customer care kit" for the vehicle and sends us on our way. upon looking at this paperwork, there is $1800 charged for this RESITALL product that we know nothing about and this extended warranty we didnt know we were purchasing. and no where on the paperwork or online can we find any information as to what exactly this warranty covers, or what exactly resistall really is or why it is so much. absolutely the worst customer service, continuous lies from the salesman, and the shady finance guy that tacks on lots of "extras" with no consent of the buyers. The deal we walked away with, was nothing like the one we got online and nothing is the same, not even the finance company. what is the point of having the option online if it wont even be honored at the time of signing? Why sneak in an extra $2000 extended warranty (we all know the extended warranty is a scam to begin with) and this resistall for another $1800... for what.... the box contains 6 very small bottles of window cleaner, floor cleaner, car wash, and leather cleaner (our truck has cloth seats) we didnt want that especially not for $1800. Almost $4000 on our contract for absolutely nothing. Thanks sterling McCall Chevrolet, never could have found a better way to spend $4000. salesman was Fernando H****** Finance guy was Edgar D***** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.       I was mislead when purchasing a used vehicle from Sterling McCall Chevrolet. First off, I wasn't allowed to test drive the vehicle because it was a trade-in and was told since the mechanic hasn't completed the 5-point inspection, I could only see the vehicle. The vehicle was turned on for me. I was able to look at the interior and exterior of the truck. After a week and a half the vehicle getting worked on, finally with "Sterling McCall 5-point inspection" the truck passed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle and sign the finance papers, were still issues left unattended to we didn't recognize due to the weather. The rim was not refurbish (sand blast and repainted) and the missing trim still has not been replace. The sales associate explained that I could leave the truck another day so the rim can be refurbished and (next day - later in the day more likely the afternoon Sterling McCall would deliver the truck to my home when the rim has dried. I was not too keen on waiting another day, or having it delivered since I only test drove the vehicle in the parking lot. Living more than hour away, with traffic, I did not have a choice. When asked about the missing trim, the sales associate explained that parts department has not had time to locate the missing trim from a pick and pull lot. However, once the missing trim can be located, then one or two things could occur he could mail me the part or I could swing by and pick it up. Being post-pandemic I was fine with the missing trim and picking the trim up later. The three keys that were given to me for the truck only one went to the actual truck. However, what I wasn't okay with is that the truck had more problems than what was enclosed to me. Sterling McCall dropped the truck off at my home, the truck has no air conditioning or heat and the air bag light was on. The truck was bought for my son for his 16th birthday. He is unable to drive the truck because now the airbags have to be checked and being in TEXAS you basically cannot drive a vehicle without air conditioning. I am very disappointed I have to spend more money to get the ac and heater fix that WAS NOT DISCLOSE at the time it was bought.
