I brought a 2014 cadillac ats in May of 2022 for 17,000. After a month the a/c was blowing warmer I work two jobs and parked the car finally took the car in Wednesday August 3rd 2022 to have the a/c serviced because I also purchased a warranty that should have covered it. Only to find out that is was over 7000 in repairs that are being denied by the warranty on top of these dealership not offering any resolution basicly telling me to deal with it after only having the vehicle for less then 3 months. I am attaching the list of things wrong with the car. "i have called your extended warranty to get covered to replace the ac compressor and condenser $2420 w/ evacuation and recharge $254.70, and ac system flush $306.26 , denied. also i reported leaks from the rear axle seals $1158.80 and a leaking engine vacuum pump $489.69, and leaking valve covers $955, and leakign front engine cover $1306.66 and leaking and split intake tube $344 ." This is verbatim what was told to me. As a single mother working two jobs. I would not have purchased a car for 17,000 with over 7000 dollars in repairs in just 2 1/2 months. I am frustrated because the dealership is not taking into account the damages plus the length of time that I've had this car.Business response
