      They ran my credit offered a high rate then stopped working with me once i said i had my own financing.

      Customer shopping from out of state. During the process of gathering his information, the vehicle of interest was sold. No deposit was collected to reserve the vehicle. Customer was notified by our sales staff involved in this potential purchase.

      If I could give negative stars. This place basically is scammer. I asked them to check the brakes and they checked everything, and gave me a list of problems cost over 3K. I declined the repair and they asked me over 200 for the diagnostic. I got my car checked from a repair shop, nothing is wrong.

      Customer brought the vehicle in for a Brake Flush. We completed his request; however, as a Courtesy to our Customers, we provide an itemized list of RECOMMENED maintenance items related to the age and miles of the vehicle. We take pride in providing our Customers the best service possible, by addressing the issue at hand and preventive maintenance as well. Other Repair Shops apparently do not.

      On Sunday 01/28, I sent a request for information and availability on a 2011 Ford Expedition (Stock #10550A). I received two emails Sunday and a text Monday (01/29) morning from salesperson Brianna Martinez. Martinez sent me an email at 1:44pm that reads as follows; I have personally checked on this Expedition and it’s available, ready to be parked in your garage or driveway" I texted her at 1:56 and advised that I could be at the dealership at 4:00pm. A short time later an ******* ******** female with long braids approached (missed her name) and asked about other vehicles I might be interested in. I advised that I was there to look at the 2011 Ford Expedition. She responded by saying the one that has 241,000 miles. I said yes and she began to ask if there were other vehicles with similar mileage, I might be interested in. Once again, I said I was there to see the Expedition. We headed to the lot. We went left (North) out the front door and began to walk around. As we did, she pointed out a Tahoe and asked if I was interested, I said no. We walked the lot and did not see the Expedition. We then walked to the South lot where she once again pointed out other makes and models and even hybrids, asking if I was interested. She told me that sometimes salespersons will hide vehicles if they have an appointment booked, so we continued to look. We did not find the Expedition. I suggested hitting the alarm on the key fob. She then informed me that she did not have the keys. She stated that sometimes employees will take vehicles to lunch or to run errands. She went on to tell me that an employee took the keys, and they know who because you have to use a fingerprint to get the keys. She said that she could not find the employee with the keys. We proceeded back inside the lobby. It was clear to me that both employees knew when I arrived (possibly long before) that the Expedition was no longer available, but failed to simply be honest.

      We were hit with hidden charges. Can not get a repair done a brand new vehicle. Light panel went out the day we bought it. It has now been 4 weeks and still no replacement panel. Can not get a call back from ANY employee.

      I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in 2015. All service repairs have been completed by the dealership. Most recently, I have had to bring my car in for repairs 3 times within a 6 month period for the same issue. Each time a diagnostic is run and repairs are suggested. I have paid for recommended services only to have to bring the vehicle back for same issues. I have paid at least $500 each time and most recently the recommended repair estimate is $3600. It is very frustrating to pay so much money for a "band-aid" repair. The communication is almost nonexistent. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning @7:15am and I had to call and follow-up on my vehicle. No one reached out to me. This very disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

      Bought a new car and within a year had brought the car in for the same issues that they stated were resolved the first time. Upon bringing the car in the second time, I requested a loaner car to get around for work and drop my child off at day care (they had no timeline for the repair, could be days, weeks, etc.) They stated a loaner would not be available for weeks. I then requested a shuttle home and they could not provide that either. I was also told that because there was an issue with the online appointment that if any cars showed up after mine that I would be pushed to the back of the line. I ended up having to schedule another appointment weeks ahead for the loaner to get the initial problem fixed. Also, I had to Uber home on my own dime.
