This business is running a scam! They say they mail your certificate but can't provide proof and the owner Lisa **** is demanding I pay $40 for a replacement certificate when I didn't receive my first certificate and she is not able to provide proof. They are a scam I signed up paid the 70.00 looked in my email for pre homework to begin class it was no where to be found. The they charged me 10.00 to re enroll and still no pre home work. The instructor did not show up to teach the class, so the owner Lisa **** finally joined the zoom, to say she will be teaching the class and that she would send an email with a new link to her zoom. I never received the link, called the number from website, texted and she claims I was late and not on the zoom on time. Then she claimed I must have not done the pre work. I did the pre work a week and half before when I signed up for this class. After hours of going back and forth with this woman she signed me up for another class, but it was during my job hours. She gives no refunds even for her mistakes or that of her employees. She never apologized or even acknowledge her mistake. Take it from me and find a different company to deal with! She will take your money and blame you for their mistakes.Review from Jacoby c

Scammed me out of $105 dollars. I paid for the class and had to reschedule because they send you the "prework" that is required the same day the class starts and I didn't have all of the info in time. I never received any receipts from payments made. I called and sent emails but could only get a response via text that was very unhelpful. The day of the rescheduled class, I never received any correspondence so I completed the "prework" using the links I received previously. I never received any email or text with the information on how to join the class via zoom. When I requested a refund I was denied and merchant declined to send any proof that they emailed me the information. I was then sent "blocked" after letting them know I will be disputing the payments with my bank.
