This company is a bunch of lies, you can't leave a review, you can only email them, I order from NovyLash or casalash almost 3 weeks ago I am still waiting on my products. It was very misleading I was told it was 9.99 for Expedite shipping and free lashes well 50.00 later I didn't get any of those items they states it's a return, cancelation, refund policy but none of it is true... don't I repeat don't order or waste your time on this site! **** **** *********...Review from Misty C.

This is a scam! I bought lashes but they never mentioned the liner does not come with. Told me they would send me the liner and after I emailed them numerous times they stopped replying. Never received my liner. Waste of time and money. Stay away from novylash!!!Review from Kim R

I would give this company a negative 100!! Crooks took my money for the shipping when I never even completed my order on their website. Once I found out you had to have a liner applied first, I stopped and didn't continue with the order. I want truly magnetic lashes that don't need a liner. They've argued with me about this back and forth several times saying they don't do refunds. What kind of company doesn't offer a refund?? Very distrustful of this company now and would never, ever order from them again or recommend them!!! CROOKS!Review from Cynthia C.

Misleading information as to what you get also don’t give card info because you will be charged more than $9.95 shipping charge. They charged me $36.00 when I only consented to $9.95. They say free lashes but what they don’t tell you is a separate charge for eyeliner. I would never buy from them again.
