I attempted to purchase two quilt sets for my parents for xmas for a total of 126.20. the payment came out of my account right away. i then noticed that i kept getting emails to complete my order, even though the money and conformation email was submitted. I looked at various reviews online only to see the same thing. i filled out their cancel form within an hour of ordering, so it is well within the 12 hour requirement, and i called my bank and let them know to see if they can stop the transfer. unfortunately, the transfer had already gone through, yet i keep receiving emails to complete my order and 'pay again' even though the money is out of my account. attempts to contact them have failed and they have not responded. i don't make a ton of money, and this was going to be the one thing to get for my parents' for xmas. I just want my money back and the order canceled so that i can purchase a LEGITIMATE product for my parents.Customer response

I am trying to get my money back from YourQuilttStyle as I could not even send a message through their site to cancel it... I had a bad feeling after not being able to contact them about a switch in payment options,, When it would not send the note.. I came here to find out this seller has an F rating... I have contacted my bank with an e mail since it is late at night... All I want is my money back and be done with it... I will be sure to come here to look up the history of a newer business before I decide to buy... Massive lesson learned... The order was for a set of bedding of Rick ***********'s Comic Book Heroes front album cover shot... I feel like I had been cheated... I paid with my debit card and now I may have been taken ESPECIALLY since I the E mail would not go through on the site.....Initial Complaint

I purchased a duvet cover 03/04/2022. The zipper on the duvet is defective where it is no longer zipping and working properly. I emailed the company on 07/04/2022 with the issue. They responded the next day asking for pictures and order information. I sent all of the requested information over on 07/08/2022 now I am not getting any type of response back. I have emailed several times asking for a resolution and I am not receiving any response.
