The level of care, attention and expertise given to me from the doctor and staff at All American Orthopedic was excellent. The doctor listened to my issues, provided me with options and ultimately solved my cronic pain. I would highly recommend!Review from Luna V

I would definitely refer All American Orthopedic to my family and friends. I called in one day to see if I could get in to see a doctor for issues I was having with my knee and I spoke to the scheduler named Jeanie who was very nice, kind and outgoing. She was able to get me in to see Dr. ***** that same day. Dr. ***** was able to treat my issue with an injection and physical therapy. He took the time to hear me and listened to what I had to say and I explained to him what I've been through. I haven't experienced that with other doctors lately...they normally walk in and walk out. I appreciate the fast service of getting in, the friendly scheduler that made me feel special in the time I was hurting and to the wonderful, and handsome doctor for giving me the care I needed. I love that this facility has other doctors as well that are surgeons that I can see if I have other issues going on. I'll definitely come back to this facility.Review from Kirk S.

I feel that this place is a scam. I have seen three different doctors in this office. I keep paying the co-pay and being passed on to the next doctor. What finally happened is taking off work to go to an appointment. Checked in sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. When to the back room for 20 minutes. They came in and said the booked with the wrong doctor. Unorganized and worried about having surgery with this type of establishment.

While we are bound by HIPAA regulations and cannot advise whether this person is or is not a patient of record, we do our best to accommodate our patients. We train our staff to work diligently and emphasize double checking all work. Though we do take great measures to reiterate the importance of this policy, we may have a scheduling error. Doctors are very knowledgeable and take time to listen to your issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is nice to have so many specialists in one office that can take care of all of my orthopedic needs.Review from Thhomas B

Doctors should be on time. I showed up one hour early to fill out ***** paperwork em work. When I asked the staff if this doctor is routinely late and several customers said yes. The staff ignored me.All American Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute LLC Response

Although we are bound by HIPAA regulations and cannot defend ourselves properly in these situations, I can say that if a patient comes in an hour early (which seems to have happened while we were closed for lunch) we still cannot insert them into the schedule early. In some circumstances a patient may demand to be seen same day or next day. When this happens it is not possible to see all of your scheduled patients on time. We are in a catch 22. We either have to tell patients they can't be seen for another 2 to 3 weeks, or cram them into the schedule and do what we can to help them have a pain free life. We truly do our best to make sure we handle the most serious issues immediately.
