On 9/7/2023 I ordered a bipap machine and was charged 790.00 on my credit card then on 9/13/2023 they charged my credit card again I called and they said it was a mistake and will refund my card the extra charge and it would take 5 days. I have called a few times asking if it is in progress and was told yes it was. I called ** ****** **** ******* and was asked to forward them an email from Meubon that a refund was coming . I called Meubon to tell them what I needed to stop the extra interest and was told ok but I never received anything. I called again and asked about the refund and I was hung up on. They are taking advantage of people I told them my husband and I are both disabled and living on ****** ******** and again I was hung up on. Thankfully we did receive the machine and am happy to pay the 790.00Business response

I purchased a bipap machine from them for around 950. Dollars in July. It quit working September 2022. We received an RMA to return and did. Since then we have gotten the run around saying they would fix or replace the unit which I need for severe sleep apnea. We have been told they were shipping but now no one will answer the phone. I want my unit I have paid for back to get it fixed. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this nightmareBusiness response

I purchased a portable oxygen machine from Meubon returned it to them and they will not refund my $599 it has been over a month and I am still waiting. Not only that I can't get anyone on the phoneBusiness response

The payment processors has been notified of the refund of $595 for the customer Lisa Young and they have emailed her of the pending refund which should be completed in 5 days Max
