Date of purchase 04/08/2023 Amount paid $109.97 I can't believe that there still on **** sellers who cheat on buyers! And i don't think **** would support that in anyway! I paid you $110 for ***** ******* which i haven't used that much at all(very few times since i bought it last April) and every time i tried to use it there was no cologne coming out of the bottle! recently i decided to open that bottle to see what's wrong with the spray system and why it doesn't provide cologne! The big surprise was that the bottle is empty and completely nothing in it !! Enclosed some pictures of the opened bottle! I am an **** customer for years and years! Please BBB help me either to get my money back or a replacement,since i already contacted them many times, they don't wanna cooperateBusiness response

The buyer purchased the bottle from us on the eDiscountPerfumes **** strore on April 8th.
They contacted us 150 days later, on September 4th, claiming that we had sent them an empty bottle back in April.
This was an unusual issue in many respects. We have an impeccable and hard-earned reputation on **** after almost half a million purchases. We offer a category-leading retun policy of free, full returns for 60 days. The complaint not only came well after the return window, the transaction itself was archived and inaccessable on ****. This made a direct refund impossible, so we needed to consider other options to resolve the matter.
On review, the third-party carrier shows the package with the initial purchase from April was weighed, and was consistent with a full bottle. Regardless, in light of the distress of the buyer, and our commitment to service and satisfaction, we contacted the buyer and offered to send a replacement. The buyer found this to be an acceptable resolution, and new bottle was promptly shipped, and according to UPS it was delivered on Wednesday, September 13.
We appreciate the opportunity to address and resolve all issues brought to our attention, and thank the buyer for their patience and understanding.
