DO NOT USE. ALL SCAM ARTISTS. I hope people see this review before making the mistake that I made. This company is based overseas with their billing. DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I upheld my end of the "CONTRACT". It strictly states. If you cancel within the first 3 days. A FULL REFUND IS ISSUED. Absolutely not the case. They are absolute liars and do not care to cancel the contract. I even went to dispute the charge with my bank with all the evidence sustaining their own contract. Proof of emails that were sent to me stating that they would issue the refund. ALL LIES. I never got any follow up email nor the refund. I won the dispute from me and the bank with all the evidence needed to claim FRAUD ON THEIR END. ALL LIES. Now I get an email stating that I will be put into collections because the charge was "valid". Okay, but I did what I needed to do and upheld YOUR CONTRACT. A CRAPPY WAY TO DO "BUSINESS". Have fun trying to get ahold of anyone who is responsible over there. I even had the poor representative (from the Philippines) after the 3rd attempt of an hour phone call in tears. They claimed that I would receive a refund and they never did so. I asked her, "how do you feel knowing that you work for a company that lies to their customers"?. Tried getting ahold of the "knock on the door" salesman, NOTHING. I should've known better. Who knocks on your door these days that is legit? ALL SCAM.

Very poor service…… I paid them for yard and house service and they did the house and no yard service and they charge me for all and I paid them and DIDNT get yard done and so I called to cancel services and they was rude to me and then they want me to pay 400,00+ to cancel my contract and we called them over four time to get yard service done and they wouldn’t come out and do the service that I already paid for. So i Wouldn’t recommend the services that they say that they would do

The door salesman lied to me after already being turned away by my husband stating they they had come to an agreement and he should return to finish signing us up. They had poor customer service throughout and when I canceled my service, within the terms of my agreement, I was still charged fees that I was assured would be waived. I got no responses to my emails or phone calls resulting in my fee being sent to collections. This company is an absolute scam.

Can I give no stars? I had given up this company a long time ago, but stupidly let myself be talked into signing up again with the explanation of what went wrong before. But no, that was a lie. The fact of it is that they do a poor job and do not prevent bugs. The people who come are in and out in a matter of 5 minutes or less. But what is even worse is that one of the staff is now saying that he was here and performed the spraying service when he did NOTl. He is lying. He could not have gotten into the house or grounds without my letting him in, and I did not. I never agreed to the appointment time they set, so if he showed up, he showed up without my permission. And now, despite my telling them and the supervisor, they are trying to charge my credit card anyway!!!! It turns out to have been a piece of luck that my credit card had been hacked and I had to be issued a new card, which is the only reason they cannot go ahead and charge my card regardless of the lack of service--without my permission. And they keep bugging me to update my account information. This may be the worst company I have ever dealt with, and that is saying something, but I do not know how to get rid of them. Plus, they come around soliciting even though the subdivision clearly posts that no soliciting is allowed! So they obviously don't respect rules. And they should give me my money back. I don't see how they can get away with this.

This company is absolute trash! Their products attract more insects and they have conned me out of money! They constantly lie and steal money. They refused to refund my $173 and they told me they would cancel the contract and the fee after I’ve made over 15 calls and complaints to them and now they are trying to steal another 150$ out of my account

A guy came to our house three times in two weeks to harass us about pest control. The first time, I told him we weren't interested and we already had a pest control company we like. The second time, my husband answered the door and told him that I had already told him we weren't interested. The salesman said, "Oh, that was my identical twin brother." Finally, he came back yesterday and my husband told him no and it was getting ridiculous. I was watching the incident unfold over our doorbell camera and, when my husband closed the door, the guy started laughing. I came back over the speaker and said "I hear you laughing, we have a no solicitation sign at our door, do not come back." These people are not only unprofessional but they absolutely harass you.

Very poor service. I can do what they come out to do for 146 dollars for about 50 dollars on my own. The tech us supposed to sweep for spiders inside and out. They don't. The are supposed to remove wasp nest around home. They don't. All they do is spray inside house base boards and outside bottom walls then pack up and leave.

Poor service. When I signed up they stated that they would give notice of service ahead of time and call when on their way with at least 30 minute notice. I have a large dog that needs to be put inside first and their tech is afraid of dogs. Given that I have had previous issues with pest control service this was an important item on the contract that was negotiated and ultimately their promise to notify was the factor that led me to signing up with them. After numerous breaches of their agreement which resulted in me not having service on those occasions the final breach resulted in me cancelling my contract. They now attempt to collect not only for service they did not perform but the remainder of the contract which was one service. Poor communication and refusal to acknowledge that I have spoken with customer service regarding this issue.

Eco shield billed me for service that they did not do. When I called to complain, they asked me if I had proof that my house was not serviced. They asked me to provide video of my house not being serviced. This would be impossible, and most certainly this was was offensive behavior. When I said I wanted to cancel any future service I was told I had to pay a fee to get out of the “contract”. I was never told there would be a fee required to cancel service. They did not refund me for the service not performed and I had to pay $150 to discontinue service.

They are a scam please stay away. They go door to door sign up for a contract then charge you and do not respond to calls.
