The worst decision of my life was going to this establishment. I have been absolutely wrecked and ravaged in the aftermath of purchasing my Siberian Husky through this business. The loan application process was highly deceiving. The associate helping me with the application was holding onto the tablet the entire time and scrolling through fine print and clicking buttons for me. They showed me a breakdown of payments that was not the reality of the agreement I was put into, otherwise I would have gone elsewhere to find a dog. They showed me a very clear 6-month payment plan, when the reality was a 90-day buy out. This was never said or disclosed. All the interest I had been accruing since the day of the purchase was automatically applied on the 91st day, and they charge a predatory interest rate of 189% and charge interest daily. A year later as I write this, I am still in debit for this purchase and have been in an extreme financial struggle because the financing company affiliated with Pet City has used my e-signature on these documents signed under a false impression of the agreement as fact. Both ******* Finance and Pet City Houston in my opinion are criminal for the way they deceive people into high ticket purchases, and I hope they are held accountable. Please take my incredible loss as a lesson you can apply to yourself, and *NEVER* do business with this establishment.
