Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!!They accepted my money Two Thousand Plus with an additional expedited delivery with the assurance that their products would be delivered. But then don’t deliver when Due Date arrives prior to Birthday Party.. Still nothing days after Birthday Party So I called and emailed them asking for a refund and requested that they keep their products Then they tell me that they don’t Do refunds because they have to pay their Artist for starting the work. But would be willing to only refund $99 expedited delivery fee. But they are willing to give me additional Storybook… The 1st Storybook never arrived so why would I expect a second one Only after I asked for a full refund did they finally I received an 8x10 photo a few days later in the mail then a week later I received email with that I assume are 7 digital photos and a There should be something that can be done about this company.. Just bad customer service.. Only thing good about this experience for me was the photo shoot and seeing the smile on the children’s faces .. But after I paid my money it was down hill from there
