      Repipe Specialists are are not your best bet when need your home repiprd. The salesman lied. Flat out. The pipes where replaced but the finish is worst than poor. The only time you will see the red and blue lines is when the sales guy shows then. That's it. They will show you wall mounts for how the finished on/off valve should mount, but that's not how it's going to look. Belive me. I have a shut off valves hanging out of the walls. You could say that okay, it's under the sink and out of site, but it looks like shit. really it looks like a DYI job and not somthing you pay a company alot of money for. And our toilets look the same but they are not under any sink. The walls in our hall bath where unfinished sheet rock with no tile up in the room. There the holes they made and left are still there after a long year. And, good luck with their customer service. There is none.... They are by far the worst company to have in your home. Pay the extra few hundred dollars and get a real plumbing company. I sure wish I had. They are selling you and me a butch of bull crap. That's the truth. From the red and blue to the monting brackets to the finished product. Also, the salesman told use that the hot water lines would be insulated and they are not. Be ready on a cold day outside to run water for a minute or more for it to get warn. If you do use them good luck. Maybe I just had a shitty crew and project manager that was never there when I called. I wish I never called them. They just don't care. Plane and semple.

      I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they sent people out that they were training too do the repipe .They don't let you know they use sub-contractor and they put my hot and cold faucets pointing the same way and I was told that they sometime come that way had to call the moen company on how to do it right way and the life time warranty is a joke called them about a problem we was having want to charge us 190.00 dollar too come out to look at it stay clear of this company you'll have more problem in the end than you began with.       Sales man Josh H***** is a **** after the sale he put off on other people they all go backwards and forward they damage stuff in my home AC-security camera -did not insulate all the pipes left all the insulation in piles did not cover sheet rock back up - plumber call and said he was 20 minutes away to fix stuff and never should Up I paid out of my pocket for everything to get repaired in my attic. Please be aware I can’t list all the problems and pics I have. Please beware I got screwed

      Worst experience ever!!! Employ this company at your own risk. 3-5 day job took from March 30, 2021 until May 26, 2021. Crews wouldn't show up as scheduled, offering chronic lies & excuses, the office staff was rude, subcontractors were totally disorganized. Signed off on unfinished job just to be done with this company. Zero stars would be a more suitable review.

      We had our home repiped with Pex in February2021. Having come highly recommended, we anticipated a seamless operation start to finish which one would think that all plumbing would operate just as it had at prior to installation. Our complaint is that at the time of installation main shower valves were not anchored inside the wall. Repipe Specialists, closed up the walls as part of their agreement; but in turning on water in shower, on/off lever shifted side to side. Unsecured valves upstairs resulted in the tub faucet causing it to protrude out from the tiled wall. This just created another issue, for water a another water problem. Repipe Secialists offered to charge us a $195 service call for them to send a plumber who’s is subcontracted to determine if this was their fault or not. This seemed ridiculous to us that we would potentially lose more money for them to determine if it was their fault. Clearly, the install was not completed satisfactorily, as any plumber should know. We felt no other recourse other than to pay to have the repairs made by someone we trusted, for which Repipe Specialists refused to cover the additional costs incurred to us. If you are contemplating having this work done by Repipe Specialists, please be sure to check their work. It was an extra cost to us of $500, as well as added inconveniences.
