I had a plumbing repair done at my home at ***** ******** ***** ****, Katy, TX ***** on 09/10/22. Before the service was done, I called and told the staff on the phone that the military 10% discount coupon should be applied as shown on their website above. The staff on the phone told me to tell the staff who came to do the repair the day of the repair. I then told "Joe Nelson", the staff who did the repair, the day of. The staff mentioned that he had applied it. I received an invoice after payment and the invoice did not show that the 10% discount has been applied. I immediately called the office and told them that the 10% discount was not applied. The staff said they will take care of it but nothing has been done and I do not see a credit on my bank account. My desired resolution is I am seeking a reimbursement of $39.8 to my credit card that was used for payment.Customer response
