I purchased an entire Saltwater Magnus Swimming Pool 18 Round x 54 Inches tall from Royal Swimming Pools 5 years ago. Six months ago we had a leaking problem from the swimming pool and we had to start the process of replacing the swimming pool liner. To our surprise when we took the old liner out we found that our entire swimming pool wall had rust damage and in numerous places salt had eatten through and we had holes in the wall that punctured our liner. Not only was there wall damage, but after taking off all of our pool tops we found that the legs to the pool also had extensive rust damage. When we purchased this pool it had a very long warranty of 50 years so we contacted Royal Swimming Pools to notify them of the problem and we pulled up all of our purchasing and warranty information. We were notified through Royal Swimming Pools that we had to go through their warranty company to file a complaint. We started the complaint with TRENDIUM POOL PRODUCTS INC. at 7050 rue Saint Patrick, Lasalle, QC Canada H8N 1V2 This warranty company never even got back with us. After numerous emails and messages I left with this company I finally got an email from a woman named Chelsea Rose stating they were sorry for the delay as their website had some type of glitch. So I started going through my warranty details with her. Then I was put on hold again for a very long time waiting to hear something back regarding this pool warranty. Now, take into account that we also added a 25,000 pool deck onto this pool and we were stuck with a huge problem as to what to do to replace this pool that sits just outside our back door. We started our own repairs that have costed us even more money to try to salvage what we had left. We have spent alot of time and money that was totally unneccessary and we are still not sure how long this pool will last when this company should have replaced this pool for free or at least given us our money we were due out of this terrible purchase.
