    University Trace Leyendecker Group management. I moved into University Trace on 8/10/21. I have been constantly harassed by the ***** ***** members of the community for our ESA dog that was approved before we moved in under the fair housing act. Now I am being harassed by the property manager Stephanie and her boss Kimberly who work for Leyendecker group. When we signed our lease we had to register both of our vehicles. We were given 1 assigned parking space and told we could utilized guest parking for a 2nd space. On the night of 8/19/21 either Stephanie or Kimberly authorized for my honda civic to be towed from space 184 labeled - guest parking. They called tow company *** ******* ********** **** *** ** **** **. On the morning of 8/20/21 I called the front office repeatedly to attempt to get ahold of Stephanie during business hours, she would not answer or return my calls so I called her boss Kimberly who told me "to my understand you were parking in a 300# space, in someones spot" I explained to her I was parked in #184 clearly labeled guest parking. She was condescending and rude and would not help. As a matter of fact she said she would not speak to me because I was a renter and not an owner in the community and to call Stephanie. I repeatedly called the office until Stephanie answered and I was met with the same response, I was parked in someone's space and they were not going to do anything to help me. I told her I would be obtaining an attorney because they had my car illegally towed and I suggest she have it returned to the property. She hung up on me. I then got my landlord involved and told her I was going to seek an attorney. The landlord called Stephanie and Kimberly and told them she also would be seeking an attorney because they have been impossible to her since she bought the unit and now this. Their tune changed quickly and the admitted they "made a mistake, I was parked in guest parking (authorized) and they would have the tow company return my car". The tow company returned my car hours later with multiple places of damage and refused to engage with me. They said I could contact my property manager to get before tow and after tow pictures and if there was damage in the photos they would have it repaired.. Stephanie will not provide the photos and of course the tow company will not return my phone calls. I have spoke to several neighbors (renters and owners) who say this tends to be the way the HOA and property management behave. I have obtained an attorney, my insurance ***** is now involved and the landlord is letting me break my lease because she wants to sell the unit and be done with this terrible **** **** behavior. I have suffered a great deal of duress and stress for over a month now. Home is supposed to be the one place where you can go for peace and quiet. Not a flipping war zone of hostility. I have reported this information to the police.
