I have been doing business with RPMP. for well over 5 years.Collectively,i have also done business with different property Management in Houston.In my 40 years in business,i'm still not capable to compare RPMP to any other Management company.Since,i find them to be ideal,utterly,non-pareil,trustworthy,and ethical,to say the least.I would strongly recommend them to anyone i know.I indubitably believe,they would be as satisfy.I thank you inordinately,RPMP for your preeminent service.I clearly,perceive that as complete excellence,from the meticulous,owners.Review from Duan M

NO STARS. Total lack of communication and care for their tenant is unreal. I am a tenant and my A/C has been out for 3 days!! I have a sick child and it is 92 degrees in the home. They finally sent out an AC vendor on day 3 in unbearable temperatures and was told the breaker needs to be replaced. I get a text an electrician will be out on Monday that would be 6 days with NO AC and no solution was given. No communication of a portable AC, NOTHING. Maintenance was immediately called, it took 14 times of calling to FINALLY get in touch with someone at the office. They sent out an electrician and was told it’s not the breaker, the breaker was being tripped due to the compressor, which the AC vendor should have looked at when inspecting. I had to call the maintenance line AGAIN and was told he was going to get in contact with the AC vendor and STILL no response. My AC is still out and having to relocate to a hotel due to my home being uninhabitable. Still awaiting response and solution.Review from Karen S

If you have the opportunity to lease through Real Property Management Preferred, don’t, run far away instead! I recently rented a home from RPMP. The leasing process was so extensive, you’d think I was trying to lease the Taj Mahal. When finally we moved in, there was no hot water and the A/C wouldn’t cool the upstairs bedrooms. Instead of sending someone to fix the problems, they gave me a long list of things they wanted me to do to diagnose the problems. I’m nearly 70 years old and I rent so I don’t have to do that. It took them more that 3 weeks to get someone out to fix the hot water heater. Since then, I have been going back and forth with the maintenance manager trying to get the a/c fixed. I went through their checklist, and scheduled a time for them to come. Through poor planning on my part, I was not able to be there, but I did speak to them and was told that they inspected the unit since it was outside and that it needed to be replaced. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and was told no, they’d contact me to schedule a time for it to be done. Days went by so I contacted them to check on the status and found out that the maintenance request had been cancelled because I was been there on the day they inspected it. More days went by before I could get them out to look at it again. This time I’m told that the vents were not sealed properly so I think “ great, should be easy to fix”, but no… now they have to get permission from the owner to have it fixed! So now, a week after the problem had been diagnosed, and nearly two months after I initially reported the problem, I syllabus have no air conditioning upstairs! Like I said… RUN!Review from Carolyn M

This management company is terrible when it comes to answering phone calls most of the time they never call you back unless you call them time after time after time and usually they call you back when the problem is actually been resolved after days and days and sometimes weeks. Every repair that has needed to be made has taken so long. I’m now following a complaint because we went without water for 3 1/2 days with three small children in the house and one of them was sick. I’ve always paid my rent on time. They have no respect for the for the people who rent the properties. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Period.Review from B. A.

TRASH! I had toxic black mold growing in the house early part of 2021 that the property management would not address it even after multiple requests and sent pictures. I finally got my own independent mold test (over $500) and it was indeed toxic black mold deemed not habitable for human living. The house had been flooded and never repaired. I sent this to the management company and they did nothing. I asked to get out of the lease and was only able to do so after hiring an attorney which cost several thousand dollars. This company would not pay for me to move out or for my first and last months rent for my next house, and in fact tried to stick me with a $6,000.00 bill for breaking the lease... which it would have been toxic for me and my family to stay in. The attorney did take care of this for me, but recommended I burn or get rid of all my clothes, blankets, and anything porous. It turns out that the house had been flooded several times. After moving out the neighbors confirmed that it was immediately rented out again with any repairs done. The new tenants could have lifelong damage from this toxic black mold, as could my family, but the *********** owners of Real Property management do not care about the health of others. Do NOT rent from this company, and do NOT have them manage any of your rental properties!!!Real Property Management Preferred Response

Please see the series of events that actually happened in regards to 7707 Bideford. The tenant would not allow access for appointments and even turned or vendors away. There was not and is not toxic mold on the property. Please let me know if we can provide further documentation on this matter. I feel the complainant does not have the facts as they occurred during her tenancy. AGA Air Mechanical - vendor JANUARY 27, 2021 AT 10:06AM Will someone be home today or would you like us to pick up a key to enter? tenant JANUARY 27, 2021 AT 10:24AM Per the mold inspection report we should not be living in the house while work is being done on the HVAC.If you could wait till February 3 or later that would be much appreciated ? AGA Air Mechanical - vendor JANUARY 27, 2021 AT 11:29AM This is the initial assesment prior to any work. When would be a good time for inspection? - tenant JANUARY 27, 2021 AT 11:33AM We are out on business for a couple of hours. Do you have a later time available? Unknown if mold is present due to AC vendor is not a mold expert. 1-28-21 50590-1 > Leak in Master bath ceiling work order created. 1-28-21 Plumber accepted work order maintenance coordinator JANUARY 29, 2021 AT 9:34AM The vendor called in to inform that he was at the property today and the tenant refused to let him in, the tenant did not allow the vendor to come in and repair the leak, the tenant said that the leak has nothing to do with plumbing, he said it is the AC but he does not want any repair. 1-29-21 Vendor charged trip fee. 2-2-21 Tenant official move out date Feb-March 2021 Make ready was completed. I have the mold inspection report and am happy to submit it for verification. The mold inspector was very clear about not living in the house while any work was to be done. They rented this house out and did no repairs according to several neighbors.Review from Jose C

Esta compañía le di que me rentar a mi propiedad perdí dos meses de mi propiedad y ahora me dijeron que ya no tengo contrato con ellos y me están cobrando dinero y me están amenazando condes me están diciendo que le van a poner un gravamen a mi propiedad y las veces que les ha llamado me cuelgan el teléfono no hay comunicación les dije que quería hablar con su supervisor que me hicieran una cita a su oficina y ellos se niegan a hacer todo esto aún pensé que era una buena comunicación desde el principio con la compañía ya después que me mandaron la aplicación y no me lo explicaron en persona me la mandaron por correo electrónico que era un contrato que está firmado y les digo les dije que yo no tengo ningún contrato con ellos y me dicen que les tengo que pagar si no le van a poner a mi propiedad un gravamen por favor reporten a esta compañía les pidió una cita en su oficina y se negaron hacer una cita conmigo ya no sé qué más hacer perdí dos meses de renta y ellos me están cobrando dinero $700 y no me tuvieron ningún beneficio en rentar mi propiedad sólo se las di y ahí mi propiedad estuvo abandonada por dos meses y no trataron de comunicarse conmigo para continuar no le pusieron un letrero para rentarse no miré solución y ya nomás cuando les empecé a decir de mi propiedad sólo me dijeron que ya no querían continuar con el contrato lo rompieron Ellos mismos me dijeron que ya no tenía contrato con ellos
