      I worked for this company a year ago and still have a bad taste in my mouth. Being in property management they consistently lie to residents or prospects to obtain a lease and later not fulfill any promises. As a worker I was mis treated and told lies, also being put on a leasing time out for a week. Never in my life have I seen a company not being able to handle a luxury building. If the ****** ever changes management company's id happily return to give a true helping hand to the residents. Stay clear from working or living at a property.

      I've been waiting on my refund since October 2024, with multiple calls and emails to RPM to try to get my return. They sent me two checks that can't be deposited online (I tried with four different bank accounts, but they keep giving errors that the numbers at the bottom of the checks can't be read). I went to my bank to physically deposit the checks, and they were returned as unpaid. After calling and emailing RPM multiple times, they keep saying they will send me another check, and I have already received seven checks, all of which have been returned as unpaid. It has been six months since my move-out, and I still haven't received my refund.

      Had very little issues at ************** apartments in ********, ** until RPM took over. Our AC unit has been leaking into the carpet for the last week. Getting someone to even come and take a look at it has been impossible and the leak only continues to grow. Called the office multiple times, gone in person, with no luck- going on day 6. Cant wait to deal with the water damage this will leave!

      It seems a lot of residents and former residents have similar reviews and issues. Bellevue at *********** changed to RPM Living in November of 2024 and my family and I have had issues with communications in regards to our renter's insurance. We have been paying our separate but approved ****************** since we moved in 2023, but now we are paying for renter's insurance and being penalized by the property. We spoke to the leasing office, and they said we needed to update the interested party. We were never informed of updating that information and our insurance addendum on the lease does not state the updated interested party's address. When we spoke to someone at RPM, they validated that numerous residents were having the same issue yet we got penalized again for this month. We have updated the interested party but would like to respectfully request that all the penalties be paid back due to communication errors. Thanks.

      I have been living under RPM since November 2024. The issues I have encountered since moving in have been numerous, and have significantly impacted my quality of life. LIKE SERIOUSLY.Upon moving in, I experienced numerous issues that made the first 3-4 months of my tenancy extremely difficult. My washer was leaking, the dryer didnt dry clothes properly, and the wall behind it was wet with mold, which took multiple maintenance visits to partially address correctly. The stove was severely damaged with scratched glass, and my kitchen sink leaked all in my cabinet and bathroom sinks were leaking at the k**** There was spackle on the walls in my room that had not been painted over, and mold was growing. Spray paint all over my kitchen counters. Separated counters that I had to go and get glue for. The complex doesnt even adequate lighting.However, this is one particular concern that have further compounded my dissatisfaction: Sewage Backups and Flooding:. My apartment has flooded 4-5 times with f**** and urine due to someone in the building flushing wipes. Im talking in my master closet, bathroom, living room, second bedroom, etc. While the issue appears to have been partially resolved, sewage now backs up outside my bedroom window. There are piles of toilet paper, feces, and wipes accumulating in abundance, creating an unsanitary and foul-smelling environment. This is unacceptable and poses a health issue. After the first sewage flood, I was asked to take out an insurance policy, which I found unreasonable given its not my fault. Despite the numerous and ongoing issues, I have not been offered any compensation, such as a free month of rent or a reduction in fees, to account for the inconvenience and health risks I have endured. These issues have made my living experience extremely unpleasant and untenable. I have no intention of renewing my lease and urge you to address these concerns immediately. Im paying $1800 for MESS. Im getting robbed.

      I called this corporate number to speak to someone in corporate about the issue and she did not answer the phone but she did send my email to ****** ??. The manager called me today and told me that before I submit any reviews I need to speak to her first without calling corporate. This is funny considering the fact Ive been emailing them about this issue for 3 to 4 weeks. I told her that and she suggested I was writing the wrong email which I found funny considering they respond to other issues in the same emails. The issue was covered up rather than fixed and she told me that they did have landscaping come do something to it, which is false because nothing is different. So I will be writing another review as well as contacting the health department.

      Its spring in ***** and its been a month since my AC worked. The team here got rid of the old maintenance team to help meet their diversify goals but now nothing works Amazjng But at least the manager gets to flirt with guests and make them feel uncomfortable They made Hunter plaza rhe projects

      What a ******** non response. Clearly you didnt even read what I put. Having working air conditioning in ***** isnt one of your values its the law. Keep cashing them government checks maybe Elon will look into people scamming section 8

      If your apartment complex ever gets bought out by these people, run far away. They have extremely predatorial practices. With that said, I will not be renewing with these people once my lease is over. I can only imagine what the seniors in my community who are on a fixed income are going through having to deal with these outrageous, inexplicable and predatorial charges! Residents are going from paying a $19 fee for a deposit alternative to $38 a month. Trash fee is going from $10 to over $30 a month. On top of the increasing of these fees, we are having to pay extra administrative fees by the company they use manage their monthly statements.

      ?? 0/5 Do Not Rent from RPM Living RPM Living the apartment unit is ******************************. The worst rental company *** ever dealt with. Not only did they hit me with outrageous move-out charges, but I had to live in a *****-infested unit for months. Despite endless emails and calls, nothing was done. The issue was so bad and the unit was completely uninhabitable.Instead of fixing the problem, RPM Living ignored my complaints, dismissed the health violations, and still tried to make it seem like everything was finewhich is illegal. I provided countless pictures and videos as proof, and their response was to charge me an obscene amount on move-out.If you're considering renting from RPM LivingDONT. They do not care about their tenants, only about squeezing as much money as possible out of them. Stay far away!

Once your pest control concerns were first brought to our attention, our team scheduled a heavy treatment in which all appliances were removed from your home to ensure treatment effectiveness.  ************* Manager kindly informed you that this treatment takes time to see progress, and more subsequent visits from our pest control team would be needed. Upon inquiring with you about appropriate times to perform pest control service, you declined our team's permission to enter your home on multiple occasions. In addition to treating your home, we performed services on your entire building, and followed up with our residents regarding any follow up concerns. ************* Manager then met with you in October of 2024, and approved your request to terminate your lease. We'd like to clarify your move-out statement charges have no relation to the pest issue you were experiencing.       This company has 1 stars on ****** and they are all full of very valid and scary complaints, myself included. They only care about money and not the tenants. They actually ignore you for years and do not resolve things ever.

      Im confused. The implication is that you didnt know about this. Ive been talking to multiple employees for years and always been dismissed, ignored, silenced, and told nothing will be done. When you want to resolve it you can email be at ********************* asking for my new address so you can send me my $600 check.
