I am a tenant with TexasRenters.com. I contacted TR several times regarding the AC (that it did not seem to be working properly) beteen May/early June. TR sent out 2 seperate HVAC companies that reported that the AC was undersized for the house and would not keep up with the demands of a Texas Summer. TR and the homeowner refused to address the issue, but merely provided two small window unit AC's to help. Monday 7/15, the AC unit completely went out. I have a 38 week pregnant wife and a 3yr old, and it has been 80+ degrees in my house for 5 days. I cannot get anyone at TR to give me clear steps to fix the issue, as required by our lease and the Texas property code. Today i have been trying to speak to the office all day, and keep being told by an answering service "they will call me right back" but never do. I was then told by TR that i needed to coordinate directly with the HO home warranty, Landmark home warranty, who is denying all coverage due to the improper sizing of the AC. TR is still maintaining that it is my responsibility to work with them.Customer response

10/27 I received a final move-out bill for over $1,200. I have video and picture evidence of a spotless apartment. The apt is charging for completely bogus damages. They also are charging Rent through 10-17. The keys were turned in 10-12. This apartment is grossly incompetent and takes advantage of residents leaving the property.
