Our family felt like we were between a rock and a hard place when our house sustained substantial damage to the entire house during the freeze. Our insurance company was being extremely difficult and unreasonable with our claim no where near a dollar amount to even cover 20% of the damages but then we were referred to Stephanie. Stephanie and Richard did an extremely thorough evaluation of our home and claim situation, were able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Stephanie is VERY knowledgeable, professional, detailed and persistent. Without their help I have no doubt we would still be fighting insurance and our home would not be repaired. Stephanie and Richard have been a God send to our family and we appreciate all the time and effort they gave to make our home whole again.

Our rental property was on fire and we used Stephanie's help to negotiate with the insurance company. She has a great deal of knowledge about the construction industry and the insurance industry. She personally went to the property numerous time with various contractors to get the accurate quote to present to the insurance company. Although the insurance company made it sound impossible, Stephanie persistently and tactically managed the insurance company to get the maximum limit out of my policy. I would always refer her to anyone looking for a Public Adjuster. Furthermore, it is always a good idea to use a Public Adjuster (Stephanie) to work with the insurance company for any real estate related claims.Claimsmate Adjusters, LLC Response
